Meanwhile, this is two months after I have fully registered him, and he has been there for a few weeks and started to get comfortable. So there I was, without childcare, and frantic. I called KinderCare late that Monday afternoon, after reading about them online, I spoke with Kayla on the phone and she was extremely helpful, put me at ease about everything, and was able to get my son in the next day and for the rest of the week with no problems, in their Discovery Preschool area. They made it very easy to get him in on such short notice, and I felt extremely comfortable with my son going there. He enjoyed his time there, and the staff kept me very informed and welcomed to all of the goings-on while my son was in their care. I would recommend their drop-in care to anyone I know who is in need of childcare at a short notice. They made my entire week better. And I will now be sending my son there on a more regular basis.

She was not sleeping well, not eating well, was getting sick often and they always seemed to have staffing issues. It was very evident that the teachers worked REALLY hard but often seemed to be mismanaged and chaotic. My mom gut told me this was not a great for baby so moved to a new center and she is now thriving, learning and so happy to be there. Sorry, but I do not recommend.

Finally I changed daycare and after the second week my daughter was smiling, have many friends and play with them. I see that she loves her group and the teachers and also they love her. The facility is spacious and clean. The menu for meals is always nutritious and there's a lot of variety. The love and support from the staff is my favorite aspect of our daycare experience with POM as well as the fact that there's a lot of diversity amongst the staff. Recently POM was purchased by Little Newtons. There has not been a disruption in service nor have I noticed staff turnover. I know my daughter is in good hands while she's there and I get pictures and updates throughout the day. I find it easy to interact through the app or via phone if I have questions or want to notify them of an absence. I think you'll find POM to be a loving place for your child to grow.

My child was asleep on her cot when Terez Estrada walked over to her, kicking the cot several times, then lifting it with her foot, causing my child to jump out of her sleep scared. The cot nearly rolled over. About 5 minutes later I watched my child walk up to Terez Estrada pointing to the bathroom signaling that she had to potty. Terez Estarda never once looked down at my child to give her the attention. As all of this was taking place I left work early, rushing through traffic to make my way to Everbrook Academy. On the drive there, I continued to watch the live cameras and and repeatedly witnessed Terez Estrada mistreat and neglect my child. While the children were being lined up to go outside, Terez Estrada forced my child to stay inside while all of the other children went outside. During snack time, Terez Estrada literally poured my child's snack on the bare table while giving the other kids a bowl to eat out of. Once I arrived at Everbrook Academy, I immediately spoke with the principal, Sydney Richardson, and told her everything that I had witnessed. The next day, I received a phone call from the Director of Everbrook Academy, Barb. She told me that she would view the tapes and then would give me a call back to set up a meeting to discuss the incident. It is now October and I haven't heard anything from Barb. This incident has definitely been swept up under the rug while Terez Estrada still remains an active employee at Everbrook Academy. This was one of my biggest fears about placing my child in daycare and to witness this all happen is heartbreaking.
