He did start the repair of their ceiling but never finished. It is now October, and neither my neighbor nor I have been able to reach him. We made it work, but it would've been helpful to know it could be 3 days in advance. The painters were nice and meticulous with the work, but there was a language barrier which made communication difficult. The cost was higher than I originally expected (approx. $2400 and that was with a discount) for a living room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. I told I would send him my location and he could decide. He then told me "well I have a job that's up past Newport News" and said he would come to my house Monday (labor day) to look over everything. I called his office THREE times and my calls went unreturned. I will end as I began...UNPROFESSIONAL. When they finally do come , They proceed to negatively discuss me and my husband using profanity and also suggesting in their discussion that we rent our home which we don't but why were they discussing that outside on our front porch and inside our house. We were not home during their discussions but we heard what they said about us on the doorbell camera, which they obviously were not wise enough to notice. (I Still have footage of them talking about me and my husband on camera) They painted 2 areas in my house the wrong color and had to redo it, which made them take longer. They smoked cigarettes on my front porch and left the cigarette buds in a empty flower pot on my porch. They were hired by a restoration company to paint my entire house. They did not paint all the rooms they were required to, once I finally talked to the restoration company and told the restoration company what was going on the restoration company came out and saw the poor quality of work and how horrible these painters were. the restoration company then fired them from the project. They left paint in my kitchen sink, on my counter tops and spots on my hard wood floor. They missed corners and entire ceilings. The restoration company that hired had to send someone else back out to my house to finish the job and do it correctly. Beware Do not hire these painters!!!
