Used my authorized CC# from an earlier charge for an UNAUTHORIZED job that WAS NOT completed for ten days. It took me days of attempts before I was able to reach someone. Not acceptable ! Bottom line, the job promised is horrible. Unfinished (sprinklers/mulch/rocks)...I wanted large round rocks as a focal point (I have an anchor) and surround with more smaller river rock designs. I will post of the horrendous finished state...looks like a cemetery (stone pillars?). I will also post a picture of my idea with the big round rocks and my anchor. That's was supposed to be the idea plan for the area. Easy upkeep. I also gave him ideas with other pictures of larger flatter rocks with ground cover gradually growing over them. The only photo he ever sent me was near the end of a design he had made up with River rock, an anchor, and a boat. I don't know where he got that idea from. I do not want a boat, but that's all he ever sent me. I would not recommend this company at all for many reasons. The finished product speaks for itself. Unfinished crap.

Left the piles of crap to freeze solid, blocking the entrance and half the parking spaces for weeks. Never coming back with the equipment needed to clean up thier mess. But they come back 2 weeks later to scrape an inch of fluff. I see plenty of praises from out of state clients. They don't know shit either. This is local, all I have to do look outside. Stick to lawns, bag the clippings. You obviously can't bag snow, or remove it, only move it where it's not wanted. Try recruiting in Canada instead of Jamaica. The 3 elderly ladies that fell climbing over your crap and were injured hope that you 1) Have good insurance 2) Never come back.
