Specifically, we brought in Nailed It Contracting to replace and paint the kitchen ceiling (after we had taken down the nasty '80s-era drop ceiling that was concealing old water stains and crumbling plaster), repair and paint the walls (which were full of damage and several layers of wallpaper), demo old built-in cabinets and lay tile on the floor. He satisfied each of these tasks. Additionally, we were impressed that: * Sam provided a written quote estimate that laid out all of the costs, * He held to this quote when he had to change gears on part of the plan, after what he thought would work did not, * He was flexible when we added a few things to scope of work, providing a change order and updated price for us to sign so that everything is documented, * He showed up when he said he would and generally finished the job during the quoted time period. Overall, we were very impressed with his professionalism, honesty and quality of work. We'll definitely have him back to work on more of our house.

I used Trex composite deck material for the low maintenance I preferred. Steve, the owner, was prompt to respond to anything I was dissatisfied about, and quickly resolve it. Steve would even come out in his everyday wear and fix issues himself. They were minor but I loved his professionalism and willingness to "get his hands dirty", literally. He even went as far as to teach my nephew how to use a pressure washer. The patience, care and kindness speaks volumes to the company. His crew worked hard from morning to evening to tear down my deck, rebuild the deck, build a new deck by my garage, paint the house, gutters, and walls. The whole renovation took only 3 1/2 weeks, including the pressure washing of the house that Steve completed. I was highly pleased with the finished project. I hosted a deck reveal for my family and friends. I invited Steve and he came by, as I bragged on his company and passed out business cards. We got a recommendation from the neighborhood app and called Platinum Pressure for a quote…read more Compared to others they offered a great price for our inquiries and we scheduled most of the service quoted, including a chemical cleaning, pressure wash for the house and patio, gutter cleaning and removal of our shutters. What we opted not to do was deck repair and staining - although I like the idea and wasn't opposed to the price I am skeptical our deck can be saved without more extensive work. The team showed up around 11:30a and didn't leave until almost 5:00p. I'm so happy we got the shutters taken down. Our newer windows are the feature now, and it's good we cleaned the siding because we have some discoloration from having the shutters. Eventually the sun and tree dust will even things out! Besides the house looking cleaner in general, the patio is crazy different. We went from a browned patio to a gray, what it would've looked like newly poured. It makes a couple of cracks more noticeable, but that just is another example of how clean it is now. Easy to work with from quote to payment for a job well done.

Wasn't sure what to expect, especially when just one guy showed up (groupon was for four hours). But I was wildly impressed. He finished all the painting in about six hours, applying two coats and even getting some hard to reach places above our stairs. It was very well done with no mess and excellent edging.
