I filled out the paperwork on the Internet and mailed the leather bags to their Manhattan shop. I received a call the day the handbags were received. I gave a credit card number to repair both bags for $150 and $35 shipping and handling. I was told the bags would be returned to me within two weeks. The bags were returned by FedEx and have a glossy luster and shine now. The black bag looks like new and the white is better but not perfect.

Additionally, he opted to polish the shoe (didn't ask for that) and did such a sloppy job that there is polish all over the wood. All I wanted was new soles for my shoes and he managed to ruin them. These guys were the quickest to respond, quoting me a flat fee of $30 (paid upfront) with a 1-day turnaround. They even offered pickup and delivery, which made the whole process super convenient. The job was done the next day, complete with photos of the alteration. Their pricing was very competitive, especially considering other shops either weren't willing to take the job, quoted 2 week turn arounds. Definitely the most reasonable pricing.
