He was very clear from the beginning what his fee was and what I can expect and nothing changed. There were never any surprise fees or overcharges. I never felt like I was being taken for a run which some lawyers can do. Throughout the whole time (which has taken almost an entire year), Joe communicated with me via phone and email and always kept me in the loop on what was going on. I did fly to Indianapolis and got the chance to meet him in person and he was just as nice and pleasant as he had been over phone and email.
