We accept there might have been a (minor) language barrier....... and considering the eyerolls, snort, tuts, sighs and not-so-discrete teeth sucking clearly we needed to speak "moody cow" to deal with the hormones. In the end? We just could t be asked to soldier on and cancelled the job and said we would come back another time. #JustSayNo
