I called in a panic at 8:30 on a Saturday morning with a spraying leak / broken pipe in my house. They answered right away and got the information. They said they would get there ASAP and asked me to text my address. Seconds later I received a text with an exact ETA in about an hr. That being said I live at least 45mins from their offices. Someone arrived right on time and diagnosed the issue instantly. Fixed my problem in less than 20 mins and charged me next to nothing. For an emergency call, 45mins away on a Saturday! However, I spoke with others in my complex and they paid about 50% less for the same repair when using another plumbing company. While I am all for paying a fair price for work well done, the technicians spent less than 1 hour working in our unit and what I was charged was way above market price.
