I have had a/c issues a couple times over my time here in mount pleasant in two different properties and can never get away without at least a $500 invoice. Recently, I had just got through a house flood a month earlier. And when storing stuff for a rebuild I realized my condensate pan was filling up and splashing causing water to stand slightly in my utility room. I had dreaded that I was having more house issues with water and possibly another major issue. I talked with Donnie he told me what to do as it was not an emergency (as it was a Sunday) and got someone out first thing the next AM. They cleared the pipe, checked the unit levels etc and was fixed. It then started to back fill again the next weekend so they ran a cleaning agent and it has been working perfectly. He was responsive (even on a weekend), prompt and his guy Russell he sent out was kind and great as well. I then got the bill and felt that I was undercharged, so I decided to write this review. I will never call or refer to anyone ever again but Absolute Comfort. I can't say enough about how much this helped and how great he is. If you're not using Absolute Comfort you are making a mistake. read more
