He was willing to come. He came with his wife on the following Sunday as it was Father's Day 15th June. On June 17th I got an email stating that the cost would be $1000. I told home that was way to much and asked if he could do just the worst area. They refigured the estimate and it was $385. I agreed to pay that amount. On June 26 I paid him half of what the amount of $192.50. I trusted him as he was a veteran, as I am a veteran as well as a wife to a deceased veteran. Thought that he was trust worthy. I received an email stating he was coming to my residence on the 30th of June and this was the 29th of June. I told him I wasn't going to be here as I have an appointment. I also gave him the days that I will not be home 9th, 15th, 16th July. I get a text message that he came to my residence on the 25 to do the work but I never got a email confirming he was coming. The wife never told him or I. So now that he knows the days I won't be home. I waited till the 22 of July to call him to find out if I was put on the schedule at some time. I was informed that he was going out of town that day for a job and wouldn't be back till late Saturday. I said ok. Can we schedule it for next week which was set for 9 on Tuesday the 29th of July. Well the 29th came and went and this is Wednesday the 30th of July. NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT NOTHING. He took my money as far as I'm concerned he stole from a senior citizen ME. Social security money doesn't go far. I'm Trying to stop someone else from having the issue I had. Southwest's worker dropped a tile in my brand new bathtub, taking a big chunk out down to the fiber…read moreof the fiberglass. The owner refused to replace the tub, just had a very unreliable guy come and spray it with a coating. Mind you, this was a Kohler bathtub with a limited lifetime warranty on the finish, and it was voided by repairing it. Why not just take responsibility and replace it? It was only $1250 plus a couple of boxes of tile. The worker also installed the wrong floor tile (glossy, not matte as ordered originally). The morning of the floor tile install, I asked the worked to wait and not install the tile, so I could phone the owner and discuss the discrepancy in product. By the time the owner got back to me, the tile was on the floor, glued down and was being grouted. As I seethed at the end of the day, the owner showed up and verified that it was indeed the wrong tile (and heavily scratched from grunge on the worker's boots). The tile was torn out the next day, putting another ding in the fiberglass of the bathtub, this time on the edge, so here we went with yet anther bathtub repair. I did offer a blanket to cover the outer edge of the tub as the incorrect tile was being torn out. The owner said the worker would use plastic sheeting; he did, and it was very thin and ineffective to protect much of anything. The worker also replaced our old baseboard with mismatched baseboard. Not bad at a glance, but still unprofessional. If HD or Lowe's didn't have it, we would've waited to order to get the right one. Many other issues I won't mention, the biggest one being the final payment and job signoff. I did NOT want to sign that the job was satisfactory, but the office lady threatened me with a lien on my property. Just know that even if you pay for the entire job, you're not allowed to say that anything's wrong. You have to sign and say that's it's all right. That in and of itself is unethical. So, I signed while under duress (after almost two years of dealing with them). Not recommended. Southwest's owner, Ryan, acts concerned but goes on vacation a lot and won't do the right thing.

I had 3 quotes and Peter's quote was the best of all of them.  We had not painted our in 20 years and we had a lot of peeling and mildew stains. Luke and Jeremy did a great job with the pressure washing.  We also had quite a few cracks in the stucco.  They were able to fix all of the cracks and caulked all of the windows. We didn't change any of the colors and Luke did a fantastic job matching the existing colors. Our soffit and fascia was a very dingy white and Luke was able to match our neighbor's dark brown color.  Peter said it would take 3 days to finish but we had 1 day of rain so the whole job took 4 days. The house turned out so good that it actually looks better than when it was brand new. We have already gotten so many compliments and everyone looks at the house when they drive by.
