They asked me to prove that I had paid this invoice or I would continue accruing late fee charges. So I looked in my bank history and found them my check. The check was for the $100 charged (it was a small job), written to the owner Vlad Poksans. I sent them a copy. They did not even thank me for doing their accounting for them. So watch out for billing.

When they came out they broke the spout for the tub and had to replace that. Then they broke the tube drain. They told us that they were going to send us a plumber to fix It. We told them we were not going to pay them until they fixed the drain. They gave us a sob story that they needed the money to pay their bills and put food on the table for their kids. So we were nice enough to pay them since they promised they would come back on Tue July 1 2025. They didn't show up, so we texted them and they said they got their money and they are not coming back and said that they did not break anything. They also tried to bill us for hours they did not work. When my husband called Loretta to ask why they were not coming, she told him that she had reported us (to who?) saying not to do business with us. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Shaun or Loretta.

Well I was leaving this area, and wanted to be sure there were cracks to any of the tiles when I sold to new owner! So SunCastle sent their team out did some minor repairs which was great. But with today's technology the inspectors found with their drone a crack in a they wanted fixed. Can you imagine, we are going to closing and this could slow us up! Not with SunCastle their manager personally came out and replaced the tile, and then the office staff get the letter sent to the inspector and we had a successful closing.
