We ask a question regarding a confusion over how the tree work was to be done. The owner yelled and cussed and was extremely argumentative. We wil not be recommending this company, but warning people about their horrible customer service by the owner.

The first two times they came, they were great. Then they got flakey. The owner claimed he had told…read morethe employee that they would not service our yard since they had quoted us too low a price, but the employee kept telling us they were coming tomorrow. This went on for over a week until I reached out to the owner and found out what was happening. No one called or said anything to us about the cost, as we would have changed it had we known. The owner also stated that they wanted to be on a regular schedule (every 10-12 days), which I had initially wanted, but the employee said not how done when we signed up. So it was an easy change in price and service time once we were told that is what they wanted. After the change, the service was not as good as it could have been, as the yard was overgrown and a mess since it had been so long. They left a mess for us to clean up, and I was not happy. They used a weed eater in a small yard and tore up the grass down to the dirt. They said they would not use a weed eater in the future and would bring a push mower instead. I let it go, thinking it was just since the grass was so overgrown, and it would be back to the great service the next time. Wrong, the next time was just ok, they tried to use a weed eater again, and my elderly mom got unhappy with them, as it was her yard that she worked hard to get growing, and they tore it up and were trying to come back in with a weed eater after being told not to. They still left a mess on the fence and the house. The owner called and said my mom yelled at his guys. She said she just told them to get out, and no weed eater. I said I would talk to her and explained why she was unhappy, since her yard had been destroyed. He said he would bring a push mower and mow the small lawn. He never did, and then now he has ghosted me. They were supposed to come and do my yard every 10-12 days, and it has now been 29 days. Now they will not return text messages or emails. I have sent two texts and one email, and there has been no response. I am disappointed, as I thought this was a great find and was planning on using some of their other services offered this winter. Now I need to look elsewhere.
