There isn't much I can add to the previous reviews, but the attitude of the mechanics in any shop is a direct reflection of the management. I went to 4 other large PWC shops in the area and I had no confidence in their desire or ability to fix the problem I was having with my Seadoo jet boat. Where I used to live, I dealt with good and bad shops, and I know the difference. My search is over. As soon as I spoke with Robert, I was impressed. Not only did he know every detail about my boat (I didn't bring the boat, I just went to check out his shop), but he seemed to want to work on it. He didn't act like he was doing me a favor. The shop isn't fancy, or beautiful, but these guys are true mechanics. They have experience. They listen. They think. He arrived on time, removed the Sparks' top covers, then carefully and professionally performed all of the service - noting important details and pointing-out useful tips to me during the process. Professionalism in Samuel P's review is correct. As an example, other services tend to send and hire marine techs who are mostly concerned with quickly turning the wrench. Absolutely the best. Took my Yamaha WaveRunner to Absolute Performance shop. They were within a year of purchasing them, so they would be covered by warranty. Robert indicated that he's an authorized repair but not a dealer, so he doesn't do warranty work. Knowing that I was going to take them to the dealership, he still said pull them in and let me take a look at them anyway. After flushing them there did not appear to be a leak, I must have hooked the flushing hose up incorrectly. Problem solved saving me hours of driving to the dealership. Absolute Performance speaks for itself. I had the opportunity to stop in out of interest (curiosity) because I have been looking for either a jet ski or a smaller boat, I met Robert S. without even speaking his first introduction was of professionalism. He asked me is their anything he could do to assist me and I shared my idea of what I was looking for he gave me the Pros and Cons of what to look for and even offered his service to check it out for me just to ensure I was getting what I truly could enjoy. I thanked him and went on my way to leave, on the way out I noticed my vehicle had a few drops of water underneath it. I went to look and Robert asked me to "pop the hood" I did so and without any other thoughts he climbed right under my hood with a flashlight and just started looking around he kept at it but didn't see anything. He then offered to do a quick diagnostic check to make sure their wasn't anything damaging at that time, I said no problem. He then came out and checked my reservoir tank, then took off the cap and performed a pressure test, within seconds I could see the water spraying out from a small hose adjacent to my radiator hoses. We then tried to see how much was dropping on the ground, yet it was minimal. He told me I only had a small amount because the water was spraying out onto the engine and 95% of it was evaporating. I was shocked, I had no warning and he then changed it (after it cooled down). He was a blessing in disguise and I appreciate his services, I definitely will recommend his services to all my friends, good people are hard to find and good and honest mechanics are even harder.
