Multiple employees acted irritated whenever anyone spoke to them, and customer service was practically nonexistent. We asked about a lost item and were brushed off immediately with "we don't have time to check." No effort, no concern, nothing. The overall cleanliness was also questionable. The pool area looked poorly maintained, overcrowded, and chaotic. Instead of feeling like a recreational facility, it felt disorganized and neglected. For a place that's supposed to be welcoming to the public, the atmosphere was cold and unpleasant from start to finish. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend if you actually want to relax or enjoy swimming.

The changing rooms were getting heavy use the day were there, considering that they were also clean. We used the family changing area and it was a little crowded, probably could have sent my husband and son off to the men's room. However we did have a shower and dedicated changing area after only a few minutes of waiting. The leisure pool was plenty big for the people there that Sunday. The toddler loved the easy entrance and stairs to get in and out and there were lots of floats around for the kids to play with! The older child (8) loved the slide. Yes it is short, but there was also no line at all and it was very fun with spirals and dips. Probably I would just shower the kids and towel them off next time (instead of trying to change them into dry clothes with the wet floor), but definitely worth it!

Standard sign up sheets for cardio machines but no one seems to really take notice, it was basically just grab whatever s available. The pool is huge and great. Loved the steam room and sauna, as they are both clean and spacious. Changing rooms are very large. The pool area is pretty empty if you go late morning/ early afternoon but the gym seems to always be busy. The restaurant boasts "fresh homemade snacks" on their website but I've only ever seen them serving hot dogs, hamburgers and sometimes those prepackaged sandwiches.

The lane swimming is pretty organized - you register for a one hour slot, which you can do for the upcoming week. Spots don't seem to fill up that quickly, which is nice - you don't need to wait by your computer. They only have fast and slow lanes though and I think people's interpretations of these are vastly different. Hot tub sometimes seems to be open but sauna is not. Overall a pool that I am grateful to have during these times.
