So it is not surprising that the lack of professionalism I experienced dealing with merely Summer and Alex leaves so much to be desired. I hope and pray you read this before booking this semblance of a company for your next move. First they provide you with a supposedly bonded quote, stating that that all of their workers are licensed and bonded. Please note that is a flat out lie! They show up with a pick up truck pulling a pod that has other people's furniture in it and then they don't even properly care for your furniture. They dropped several pieces they damaged various items and to add insult to injury they forgot to take a whole room of furniture. The people who showed up to move us were not employees of the company and then some random dude came over and stated that he was not employed by the company and the other guys were subcontractors. Then they kept changing the price, there was one original price then another price and now another price. We spoke to a very rude young g lady named Summer. We tried their 800 numbers but the person Jasmine never answered. Summer called and she illegally recorded the conversation by not stating she was recording. She called from a California number but then she said she needed to check the warehouse. Alex the driver said the warehouse is in New Jersey so that didn't make any sense. The phone number that they provide you with to escalate matters and the number that the Better Business Bureau has is 786-805-5046. Please call them! It is definitely NOT a relocation company. It makes you question is this even a real company? The Absolute Relocation. Services Supervisor, Summer demanded that if $2,500.00 is not paid the remains nor any of the items will not be returned. Where do I start with this absolute dumpster fire of a company. Started off strong with trying to get a quote, which was substantially less than everyone else on the market, which was also the first red flag in the next line of what ended up being months of waiting, ungodly amounts of damaged and lost items, and learning that the movers they employ are sent out solo on 16+ hour days, in which they are rushed and further damage property. They were 2 days late arriving, which there was no explanation nor excuse for. After asking about it, the dispatch was extremely rude when we inquired on what was going on. When they arrived, the dryer was not tied to the hand truck, which it can't be confirmed if it would have saved it when someone came past the movers, but with not signing for the added insurance (which if you are dumb enough to employ these bozos, the insurance is at very least MANDATORY if you want to get anything in return for when they damage your property). The $1200 dryer was only told to be reimbursed for $75, which we never received. When the truck made it to the destination, ALL OF THE ITEMS FOR EVERY DELIVERY THAT DAY WAS LOOSE. Not a single thing was covered with moving mats, but bunched in the corner of the truck. They lost several items, including a desk top and a cabinet, as well as bending the frame of the bed, scratched countless wooden furniture pieces, scratched 100+ year old flooring by dragging said frame across it, and denting the outer housing of the washer with a ratchet strap that had no other protection between the ratchet and the case. We have waited over the 90 days to get any of our money that is OWED TO US but they have not called back or responded. What this company does violates BBB in the state of Florida for their gross negligence and will be reported as such. We are past trying to do anything with this company so at this point, buyer freakin' beware. This company will make moving a complete nightmare and the owners should be ashamed of running such a disgusting business. Giving our compensations for what was over $4000 worth of damage doesn't even begin to start making this right. I don't know how many other customers have been screwed over by this scam of a company, but quite honestly, my heart goes out to anyone who has been scammed, screwed over, lied to, and cheated by this BS. read more

This was my second time using professional moving services. I've had a very bad experience few years ago with another moving company that seemed large and legit, but they took advantage of me, overcharged me with hidden fees, lost quite a bit of my stuff and damaged my daughter's piano. This time I was in a hurry and didn't do much research on this company. So, I was prepared for the worst, but this time I got lucky and made the right choice. These guys were amazing and better value than the first moving company. They gave me a realistic estimate, no hidden fees. Alex and his team were friendly and very careful with my stuff, so nothing was lost or broken (you can see how carefully they packed the piano in the attached picture). I am totally satisfied with Absolute Relocation service and would definitely recommend this company to my friends or anyone who's looking for a reliable moving company. The company reached out to me after I inquired (on a different website, but anyway). Rep was very nice and courteous and gave me a good deal but insisted I put a deposit down immediately. I asked about the cancellation policy and was guaranteed I could cancel until the day prior to the move and will get my money back. I agreed. Less than 24 hours later (with 3 days still remaining for move date) I realized we have to reschedule. I asked the company to cancel and get the refund but they told me "the truck has started moving and it's going to be an issue now". They promised a Senior Dispatcher will call me to discuss the refund but that hasn't happened yet. Today I called today and spoke with that Senior Dispatcher (David). He told me all phone conversations are recorded. I asked him to listen to my conversation with the rep and hear the representation that was made to me. He refused, as if it doesn't matter what the sales guy said, what matters is only their internal cancellation policy (even if no one told me about it). What a disappointment. Run. Do not walk away from this company, especially if you are dealing with the west coast dispatcher. The first two people you will speak with will be lovely, they will tell you everything you want to hear. "Oh, yes, there's a three day window in the contract, but we almost never miss your selected day." "We'll estimate a little high and you'll likely have to pay less than the estimate." "I'm going to walk you through all of your inventory and also ensure that we have all the information we need for a successful delivery with no surprises for you." Where things start to go wrong and stay wrong all revolve around the dispatcher, Summer. I can't say that Absolute would be better at pickup and delivery without her, but I will say that I was told that she was the only person handling dispatch and "customer service" and I apologize for the ad hominem, but she was absolutely the rudest "customer service" person I have ever, ever, ever dealt with. Still, I wouldn't give a company one star just for one incredibly rude employee. How did they earn one star? Let me count the ways. This began three months after I signed the contract and four days before my scheduled pickup: 1. Tuesday I received a call from the dispatcher that my scheduled Saturday pickup could either be a day early or two days late. I expressed that I had already made plans, hired cleaners, haulers, bought a nonrefundable plane ticket, all based on the promised pickup date. Essentially the answer was a nonchalant, "Do you want it or not?" I agreed to a day early. 2. Wednesday and Thursday I spoke with their QA person for the pre-pickup walkthrough. I had more than the original estimate covered, so I agreed to revise the quote and paid an additional $600 to my deposit. I also showed the QA person pictures of the front of my delivery location and the street leading up to it to confirm that a truck could reach the bottom of the stairs to my apartment. 3. Friday morning the truck didn't come on time and when I called to check on the arrival time, dispatch informed me that it might arrive that night and it might arrive the next day. It did not arrive that night, nor did it arrive on Saturday. I missed two nonrefundable nights in a hotel that I had booked expecting to not have a bed to sleep in because I wanted to be sure I was ready and waiting for the movers who did not arrive until Sunday. 4. Because the movers didn't arrive on Saturday, I had to cancel the appointment with move out cleaners that I had, costing me an additional $75 dollars. Add that to the $250 missed hotel stay. 5. The movers arrived on Sunday. Summer insisted that I pay the additional $600 deposit again because the company can't communicate and she didn't have the record so it didn't happen, even when provided with zelle transfer records and a copy of their own updated contract. 6. I missed my nonrefundable Sunday flight, costing me another $350 to get home. At every step the dispatcher was truculent, belligerent, and combative. At one point as I was trying not to cry she informed me that I needed to remember that she was a person too. And you, Summer, need to remember that the people whose lives you play with are literally going through one of the top 10 life stressors and your choices and attitudes can help or hinder their ability to be soft and sweet to you. I say this as someone who is ordinarily operating at an 11 out of 10 politeness to CSRs because that's a hard job. Then comes delivery day. 7. Once again I got a call from dispatch, this time to tell me that the truck can't reach my apartment and that I would need to either pay $450 extra for a shuttle or distance or whatever fee or I could pay off the balance of my contract and have someone else come pick up my possessions. 8. I put Summer in contact with the manager of the apartment complex to have the manager explain that yes, large trucks come through the complex on a regular basis. Summer hung up on her. The worst in industry and I have moved internationally to two countries in Africa! ARS is a nightmare you can not escape. I needed to move many things after my mothers death. There were two separate shipments- one going to Brooklyn, NY and one to Des Moines, Iowa. The Brooklyn shipment took 6 weeks and the answer from Jazmine at Absolute was that I did not pay a surcharge for having it moved faster although she told me previously someone put my things in storage for no reason. Only have of shipment to Des Moines arrived and it is now 60 days after the fact. Communication is the worst, the movers themselves are not licensed or bonded and it is obvious after talking with others on FB who used this business that my experience is not unique. We have all had items stolen and it is clear someone has rifled through the boxes even though the movers try to say they have no idea what happened. For the second payment (deposit on c-card), they would only take cash or bank check. I went with bank check even though it annoyed the hell out of them. The problem is check cleared before items moved. Even the short list of people who have had things stolen is a long list. I am now looking for many things on Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. as it is furniture, art, etc. with value. The movers who packed my stuff seemed to be the Russian mafia boys. The items in pictures have all been stolen and likely will show up being sold/hustled to someone. Since the delivery to DSM was incomplete, I cancelled payment. This company Absolute relocation service turned my moving experience into a shit show. All my fine furniture was damaged beyond having repair or refurbished. I was assured by the sales representative Josh that once the truck was loaded, that my items would remain on said truck & not be off loaded until it arrived the arranged destination. That a complete fabricaction. During off loading they tossed threw not just my furniture, but those furnishings that were also loaded on the truck. With that said not sure what the financial situation is for those of you who may read this, but assure you. You would be better off using one of the more well known moving companies. But I met this young lady while I was pricing trucks. Her name is Summer. After talking to her for a few mins. I said to myself let me see what kind of price they are taking about. I worked with Absolute Relocation during my move from Seattle to Las Vegas. Admittedly I didn't do thorough in-depth research on the company & made a decision in a hurry. I have moved across the country 6 times & this was by far the worst experience I've ever had, but it definitely could've been worse. I was just grateful to have a majority of my belongings delivered at all - after reading other reviews it seems some customers had far worse experiences than me. (+) Makala the salesperson was very responsive, informative & accommodating. She told me it would take a week for delivery. She also gave me a $500 discount to match another offer I had. (+) The packing team did a better job than I expected on packing my furniture. My flat screen TV, high value speakers & musical instruments survived the cross country move without any damage. (+) The packing & delivery teams worked really fast. My two-bedroom homes were loaded & unloaded in less than 4 hours each. (+) The delivery team showed up on time & was very communicative with updates. They were great about staging things in the garage to prevent sun damage or theft of my belongings. They cleaned up any trash or debris they left behind, & assembled my furniture exactly how I wanted it. They were also very knowledgeable regarding things that were lost or damaged. (-) The packing team showed up 3.5 hours late, & my elevator reservation was over by the time they started loading. I was charged $400 in additional fees + $1400 due to an inaccurate quote. I was surprised to see a third party arrive with a U-Haul because I thought Absolute's whole value proposition was that they didn't contract with third parties. They also left a bunch of trash (mostly empty tape rolls, packing material) in my apartment that I needed to clean up afterward. (-) I would get weekly automated updates that said my things were going to be delivered, but wouldn't get a confirmation. When I tried to follow up, I'd get no answer. It made it very difficult to plan my travel, appointments & other big milestones around this uncertainty. (-) It took 4 weeks for my belongings to get delivered to my new home, & I had to check in once a week because I never got any proactive updates. The team would rarely answer, but when I had a friend call from a different number they answered but never called back with an update. When I finally got a delivery date they only gave me a heads up the day of loading. I had to book a last-minute flight to meet the delivery team because I was staying out of state waiting for my furniture to get delivered. Had I known my belongings were going to sit in Seattle for 4 weeks before being driven down, I would've just paid my dad $6k to drive a U-Haul with my belongings down for me & I would've had gotten settled in my apartment more quickly. I ended up paying a month of rent for an apartment I didn't even live in while waiting for my goods to be delivered. (-) I was hit with another $400 in fees, but I figured this would happen by this point. (-) At least 5 boxes are missing, I received one box that wasn't mine (belonged to another customer), one box was opened & the contents were missing, & 7 pieces were damaged. I would give 0 stars if I could.. I wish I saw this review thread first but it was so hard to find any real reviews at the time. We were quoted $7k to move from nv to ca and I was promised that it wouldn't be anymore than that since I told him our budget. Once movers arrived (late... like after noon) I was told it would cost $14,500. That is a huge difference and I was so blindsided. We told them to only move what was worth $7k which was basically boxes and beds/ dresser/ heavier items. After dealing with that issue I found out we wouldn't even be getting our things until the next day.. we ended up having to get a hotel that night but the issue is we have pets and we had to keep them in the new home all alone with nothing in the house. It was so sad and it made for such a horrible experience. They will not be showing up early to get the day started.. expect overnight or longer for you to get your things.. and yes, things will be broken. =( Oh, and I almost forgot the cherry on top. Once one of the trucks was finished unloading 1/4 of the truck of our stuff (another truck had the rest of our things) one of the workers came up to me and asked me for a tip.. Mind you, I always tip, and I was confused that he was asking me for one.. that honestly makes me feel so uncomfortable.. I ended up giving them $60 tip since it was 3 dudes.. but they left this HUGE ball of tape that they used to wrap up my things and I asked them if they were going to just leave it here.. it would have taken up my whole trash can and would have been sticking out the top, that's how big it was. I would leave a 0 stars if possible. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have completed 4 across country moves in the last 5 years. We used Absolute Relocation for our move from TX to OR. -Makala was the salesperson who gave me quote and booked the service. She said it would be approximately 2 weeks to recieve my things and convinced me that they could out bid the other moving company that I had already booked. She gave me a "winter special" for booking with them. She was very communicative prior to the move but once we started having issues, crickets... - We were contacted by 3 different people via phone, less then 24 hrs prior to our told pick up date. I told them my updated items and inventory, approx 1/2 of which never made it onto to the update quote. - The movers for our pickup were 24 hr late. We had scheduled our travel around the move out date and had cleaners coming to our home the day after our move out. We also had sent out children via plane to OR already after I was told with 100 % certainty that we would have a truck for pickup on the prearraged date. When I told the manager, Alex, that this timing was not what was told to me and was not acceptable he told me to "drive a little faster or leave my belongings and the truck will load them without you being there". - We were never told that this was a third party company. When we had issues with the pick up date, one of the 3 Absolute employees sent out a "sos" quote for a truck to come. After approx waiting 5 hrs for a truck to arrive, I was called by Alex the manager would told me "the truck will not be here today. They will come tomorrow morning". Not 30 min later a moving truck from "3 brothers moving" shows up in front of our house. They had our Absoulute paperwork and information and said they were here to move us. I called Alex back and he said "no that is not us, don't use them. You must have put your information on the internet". I responded and said that they had our Absolute paperwork. At this point Alex said her would call us back. 5 minutes later he called back and said "don't use this truck, that quote was sent in error and if you use them we can not guarentee your move". We had not choice at this point but to wait for the truck the following day not to mention it was 6 pm at this point! - Pick up was a mess, they didn't have the right inventory. They packed the truck poorly with fragile boxes being placed on bottom and boxes turned on their side. We packed our boxes stratigically since some were not coming with us to our new home and going into storage. We had them color coded and asked they pack the truck to make the unpacking easier and less confusing... this did not happen! - Communication was awful. I got no updates, no confirmations. I called at week 2 and heard nothing back from anyone at the company. After calling daily, Alex finally got back to me on day 5 to tell me that we were per contract not going to get our belonings yet and they were "working on it". At week 3.5, Alex finally told me they were working on a truck. I asked where our belongins were and he said "Austin". They had been sitting in a warehouse for almost 4 weeks!!! - 4 weeks later and multiple attempts to get more detailed updates our "moving" truck arrived. We had less then 24 hrs notice of delivery. The "moving" truck was a horse like trailer that had visible damage to its frame. The poor employee had driven it by himself from Tx. The truck was a mess with our beliongs stacked in horrible configurations and damage to multiple boxes. None of it was in its color coded order so they had to unpack the whole truck, including belongings from another family that were in front of our belongings in the truck. There was no distinct barrier or making of where their belongings ended and our started. I asked how they knew what was what and he said "we use the stickers". The stickers were these small produce sticker size with numbers but even so not all of our belongins had the same number on stickers or stickers on them!!! -They left behind 2 kids Woom bikes and our grill. We were told they would be shipped to us... still waiting and having to contact daily to follow up on this. Alex just keeps telling me "we are working on it". - They lost our blow up kayak, "we do not know where it went". Supposedly they will be sending us a claim form but after reading other reviews, it seems unlikely that we will get the form or get any money back. This company should be out of buisness. At multiple points I felt as though I had been scammed and worried that I would never see my belongings again. They are full of empty promises and are unethical. Use any other company or if you need a more cost effective option rent a UHaul, at least then you know how and when you will get you belongings to their destination. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had a legally binding estimate for a set price. Upon pickup, I was handed a paper with a new price that was nearly double the binding estimate. I have been trying for 2 days to reach the guy who coordinated this for me, and I'm now told "his part is done, he cannot legally talk to you" and the dispatch woman (incredibly rude) says we can come get our stuff but in addition to the nearly $6000 I have already paid, I need to pay for her guys' labor (when they dropped boxes and broke a bunch of stuff). We found these guys and thought too good to be true, and they were. They have people in customer service who make you feel like they are so legit, and will come through as they say. Our moving day was extremely stressful as it seemed the company was not in good communication with the actual movers who I guess they contract out. Anyhow, the guy who was supposed to be our go to on the big moving day was totally unreachable, and still has never responded to my call or email. I'm not sure that they are scammers per se, but extremely disorganized and not totally honest or straight forward. I would suggest finding a different moving company. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THESE MOVERS!! Be prepared. This moving company obviously isn't the best out there, but they do have the best price!! After getting several quotes from several different companies, this one was over 50% cheaper than the rest. That to me is worth the hassle IF YOU PREPARE FOR THE HASSLE. There are a lot of bad reviews on this company and I understand why, but if you prepare for the inconveniences, then you will be pleased in the end with the price you paid. Let me explain, I moved from California to Tennessee and after reading all these terrible reviews about the movers showing up late for pickup and taking over a few weeks for delivery, I decided to still go with this company by taking extra measures such as booking my latest pickup date to be the day before my husband and I were set to leave on our road trip to Tennessee. So we left 12/29 at 8am and I made sure to schedule my last available pickup date to be 12/28. I was warned by the reviews that the movers show up late on the day of pickup, so on that day, I completely expected them to come late so I wouldn't be disappointed waiting for an exact time. They ended up showing up around 5pm even though they said they would be there around noon. But it wasn't a problem because I was already warned. The movers packed everything up nicely and quickly and there was even extra space where they allowed me to put more things in the truck which was AWESOME. THIS NEXT PART IS VERY IMPORTANT, all the reviews said the stuff took over 2 weeks to deliver, so I prepared for that also. I bought a tracking device and hid it with my stuff so I could see where my stuff was and I wouldn't be worried about how much longer it would take for it to be delivered. This really gave me a peace of mind. Because I knew the delivery would take longer than expected, I also packed my car for the road trip with all the essentials such as clothes for 3 weeks, toiletries, AIR MATTRESS, 2-3 POTS AND PANS, some knives, some spatulas. This should hold you over until the movers arrive. AND IT DID. At the end of the day it took exactly 2 weeks for the movers to arrive with our delivery. We could see on the tracker that they stop at several trucking locations to consolidate items into one truck that is going on the same route as other customers' destinations. For example, our stuff was stopped in Texas for a few days because they were obviously delivering some items to customers in Texas. In conclusion, we got all our stuff and we paid 50% less than what we would've paid with other companies. So yes I would recommend this company if you want to save money. If money is not a problem, then just go with another company and you won't have to deal with any of these inconveniences. But for anyone struggling with money like we were, this company is definitely the one to book. JUST PREPARE AND IT WILL ALL BE OK! read more

This company is a complete scam. They should rename their company name to "ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE SERVICE" They are frauds, they lie about everything, they double charge you, make you wait several months, don't have insurance, lose your property and the property you actually get is all damaged. Not to mention the 3 deliveries and still couldn't find most of my furniture. They don't return phone calls and once they have your first payment which is by credit card, you never speak to that guy Alan Douglas or his boss, Derek, ever again. They are so unorganized, unprofessional and unreliable. Once they are loading up your items into the truck, they demand more money. We later learned that they double charged us for most of our boxes because they put two stickers instead of one on each box. That way it looks like your taking up more cubic feet in the truck. They're supposed to only mark one sticker per item. The other way they get more money from you is when you have a very large item, they call it a "bulk" item and want to charge you $250 extra for it. Yet, you've already been quoted for it and it appears in your inventory list as included and accounted for, but they won't pick it up until you sign another document to add shipping of $250 for a bulk item. They insist they don't have it on their order. Even if you show them the email confirmation. They are scammers. So you have no choice but to sign away. Then the Los Angeles gal, Jasmine Tucker, calls you a week later supposedly to schedule your delivery date and is very rude, condescending, and demands more money. Until you give in, send her a copy of a personal check for their alleged difference, then they will schedule the date, only to push it for a month. When we finally got the first delivery, it was only a fourth of our property. No furniture in sight. They blame it on the LA facility for not loading it into the truck. They lied about contracting with other companies as well. After several phone calls and getting the run around, someone finally got on the phone and claimed that our Cashier's check was not valid. After the bank investigated we learned that someone in the LA facility cashed that Cashier's check into their personal account via mobile deposit, so the check never reached the proper payee. So we weren't getting credit for that payment. They insisted we pay by Zelle or get another Cashier's check for that amount, plus an extra $5K if we wanted our property. They hold your property hostage and lie to you. They simply won't deliver anything until you pay them. After I informed them that our bank was conducting a fraud investigation, they changed their tune. Two days later we receive another delivery. Damaged furniture and appliances. They insisted on the remaining balance by US Postal Service money orders. This amount included the excessive amount for the bulk item and the additional stickered boxes we had no idea that we were paying for this fraud and when they made a third delivery, still not everything was there. Only a few more pieces of damaged furniture. The contracted company said they don't have anything else because the LA facility must have it at their location. The contracting company felt bad for all the inconveniences and damages that Absolute Relocation put us through but were honest about not having anymore of our items. Of course Absolute Nightmare Services never answered the phones again. I later learned through my insurance company that they were not insured. The last delivery was 3 months after the pick up date. Stay away from these scammers. They have companies in Florida, Sacramento, etc. Stay away from these FRAUDS. I only put 1 star because this posting required a star. needed a last minute move for work from Miami to Boston, since I move yearly for work, i'm no stranger to booking moves. I spoke to two other companies, I looked at reviews, all were similar, but with Absolute Relocation, the agent took the time to listen, while the other two just went onto a lets book now now now now. I sent pictures of my items because I know inaccurate estimates happen. On move day, the driver called me to give me a 20 minute heads up (love this!). The movers took so much care of my items, when I told them "just throw it in the truck". They brought runner rugs and put cardboard on all the door frames and granite counters to protect my rental. That was a first. My 1200+mile move came 4 days later (it's always been 5-14 days). Even more impressive, it was the same driver. I'm just so grateful, because moving is so stressful, being prepared for possible overages wasnt even necessary, the agent was transparent with all possible fees if applicable, that I signed the same estimated price on my bill and paid the 2 remaining increments plus tipped the crew, because they were young but they worked their butts off. HONEST COMPANY. Very blessed to have found such a gem. They stated they were under new management, all I can say is THANK YOU! read more

I hired Cross Nation to move my son who inturn hired Absolute Relocation Services. We dealt with Summer Martinez, who at first was very nice on the phone. I told her when my son needed to move from Texas to South Carolina. She assured me that everything was taken care of and that the move with go smoothly. The movers never showed on the date we were told they would. No call, no follow up, nothing. After number calls to Summer and texts, we finally got word that they would come the next day. They came late afternoon and said that his mattress was too thick and they would need more money. They also charged for "materials" to protect his items. We ended up paying, $578.00. After everything was loaded, no bill of lading was given nor was there any inventory given which was supposed to happen. We were then told it could take up to 10-15 days for the furniture to be delivered. My son was moving into his new place in 2 days. So, we had to go out and buy things for him to be able to live in the new apartment until his furniture arrived. It eventually arrived, but only after we got a call from Summer advising that the truck would not fit into his new apartment complex and they had to hire another truck and it would be an additional $500.00. We paid that too. The furniture arrived several days later late at night. Many items were broken, including his TV, his printer, his couch, a chair and they lost his bed slats!!!! When asked about this the mover said, "file a claim". No inventory or bill of lading was given to him upon delivery. Thank goodness we have photos of the truck who picked up his items and delivered his items, the SAME TRUCK, with the SAME LICENSE PLATE. So we reached out to Summer who had a totally different attitude, would not comment and would not refund the extra $500.00 for the new truck. Even the mover who delivered the furniture advised that there was never a different truck. Now we have issues with the insurance company because Absolute never give my son the proper paperwork and the will deny the claim without it. It seems this is all a big SCAM. Gave us a quote that we agreed too and signed, put deposit down and then made first payment upon pick up....then the Company Rep called and said they miscalculated the amount and we would have to pay an additional $800 otherwise they would auction off our stuff. We requested returning our stuff to our house, and withiin 12 hours it was already on the road. Horrible service. Showed up with 2 ladies, carrying heavy items up a small hill to our house, and had to call in reinforcements, and took them longer than expected for the download, also lost the bolts to our table, so we now have to special order them so we can have a dining room table! Horrible company that doesn't honor their contracts. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! MANAGERS WE'RE ZERO, I MEAN ZERO HELP! Nothing but threats and Challenge's with them. SCAMMER ALERT!!!! As the other customer stated, I too am a victim of this scammer. They offer you a binding quote, but after that, they become a thief. Communication is not existent. My pickup wasn't confirmed until the day before even though I told them I had to book a flight to in order to meet them on pick up day. 1st day of pick up= Late 7 hours. Picked up most furniture with no issues. 2nd day of pick up=8 hours late. Finished packing truck at 10pm, still needed another truck for rest of stuff but they had not planned on such and I had to fly back home. Before leaving on the second day, they told me my quote was changing from 29K to 43K due to the extra stuff that they say I must have added. I told them that they had quoted 323 items and had only packed 262 so obviously I didn't add anything extra. They refused to return to pick up the rest of my items unless I signed a new contract, immediately, which is illegal. Day of delivery was supposed to be 7/8/22. They contacted me and said that they can't make that delivery date. They don't know when the delivery will happen. Expect more charges due to truck not being able to get to my house even thought they don't know when the truck will arrive.... I will be taking legal action against this company. They report your volume as cubic feet estimates but then use wardrobe boxes that are not packed full to take up cubic feet space in the truck!
