I don't spend a lot of time writing reviews (after all, I pay them for their service, so I expect…read morethem to meet my expectations), but when I encounter a business that is 100% about customer service, has an amazingly simple process, follows up on their service, provides great value for the dollar, and is as well run as this organization, I feel compelled to do everything I can to help them with their success. I have taken 2 iPads to them (separate ones) for repair now, and in both circumstances they charged me a very reasonable rate, they finished the work ahead of the quoted time, they communicated rapidly and efficiently with me, and the work was 100% what I paid for. I think I have encountered 3-4 of their employees and each and everyone was polite and customer service orientated. I cannot recommend this place more!!!

They told me it would be $100 but I…read morecould buy a wireless charger for $35, which I thought was a good deal so I could take some time to figure out what to do. The charger worked a TINY bit (like sometimes, if I had it positioned just right it would charge at the rate of about 10% per hour, but also just would stop charging randomly when it hadn't been touched. I called to see about the return policy which is apparently exchange only. They say this was posted but I certainly wasn't too that and there are so many posters and signs all over it doesn't surprise me that I missed it. When I called to find out what my options were the guy just kept telling me to come in and if it was damaged they would give me a new one, I said I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the bother of coming back (it's not that near me) in order to get another one that would probably be faulty too. He hung up on me. I do realize that they likely get scammed by people trying to return things and cheat them somehow, but I was very disappointed at every step of the experience. Just burn your cash in a bin, or go somewhere else and good luck!
