The owner sent two men to do at least a 4 man job. The owner should be ashamed to understaff his booking in such a way. It's a disservice to the customer paying $160 an hour and to his own employees. In the process a TV and lamp was broken which I do NOT fault the movers because they were overworked. My family ended up finishing the loading and unloading the U-Haul because we had hit the 8 hour mark, not to mention we had to help thru the entire process because the workload was too much for only two men. The owners choice to understaff this move caused the initial time in our new home to begin on a negative note. When you told me you e-mailed me the final invoice for the project, I told you I could not review it at that time. You insisted you had bills to pay and needed the remaining balance immediately. At a glance I did notice that you had only given me credit for $12,000 previously paid when in reality it was $14,000. You gave no explanation but did make the change. If I had had the time to review, I would have noted that you charged me for YOUR mistakes and redos to try to make the water feature operate properly. It was very clear after 6 weeks that you were way over your head. You did not have the resources or the skill set for this project. If I was happy when you left it was because I would not be having someone run over my sprinkler heads, take out my irrigation piping, sever internet cable, run your equipment into my brand new fence and drip oil all over my driveway. You have got to be kidding if you think I want you to come back for further damage to my property!
