For several years, while this company's ability to work with repairing a well or installing a new water pump was excellent, dealing with the owner's daughter in having regular-scheduled water softener was awful. The company was erratic in their scheduling and communications became outright rude from them. Their serviceman, Matt, was outstanding. But the owner, Tim, and his daughter (who works remotely), Megan, became increasingly unpleasant, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This business gave me a quote over the phone to have a residential well drilled and pump installed and that I should contact them if I had any questions. I did contact them with questions and asked if they should not visit my property to make sure the work could be done as quoted. I also sent them pictures. Never heard back from them. read more

Absolute Water fixed our well that another company did as poor job on. It has worked like a charm ever since. When we lost power for a week with Irma, we wondered if the well would lose its prime.
