We rented a tool to remove hardwood flooring glued to concrete. We were happy we did but it was still terribly hard work. Next time we are paying someone to do it for sure. The employees at ABZ were friendly, but not super helpful. I wish I knew to use anti-vibration gloves or to only use the jackhammer for 40 minutes a day. I wish I knew why my out the door price for a $125/day cart-assisted hammer came out to $145. Should have been $137.50 with tax so not sure why a $7.50 fee was added. read more

Their foam machine was ready for pick up and stocked with the soap we needed for our party when we arrived. The machine was easy to load in our truck and came with detailed instructions. We ended up not needing them because Kyle walked us through every step. We more than appreciated this time he spent with us as we had never set one up before. Kyle made us feel welcome and was available for questions easily via email. Everyone I was in contact with had answers and got back to me immediately. I would recommend ABZ RENT ALL to everyone. Worst Customer Service! I tried to place a simple order of tables/chairs for delivery , 6 weeks prior to my event. Janette sent a contract but it was incorrect. I emailed her back the mistakes and again she sent a contract that was incorrect. This went on for 3 weeks!! She couldn't get it right! Then when she finally sent the correct contract, she informed me that delivery was no longer available because I waited too long to sign the contract. Unbelievable. I called another company and literally 5 minutes later they had my contract done and I was set up for delivery on the required date. Please save yourself the time and headache and don't use ABZ rental. read more

Came into town for the day to check on a rental property. The yard looked like a jungle and our mower was ruined in the recent floods. We called up ABZ and rented a mower for a few hours. So cheap and so easy! They were extremely nice and accommodating. read more

Large chipper worked like magic. Easy pick up and good directions on how to maximize the chipping and operation of the chipper. He was correct in the great amount of work effort required but we still managed to get a lot of mulch and 1/2 acre of privet chipped up. Been working with this company for 3+ years and I do not get the comments on late delivery- he is always early to deliver. read more

If it could go wrong, it did. Contracted for a party of 50, chairs, tables, linens, glass tea carafe. Delivery was on time, linens on hangers in plastic wrap. MY mistake for not opening each one, they sent 81x81 linens for 32" round tables, the glass carafe had a huge crack down the side, so unable to use. We had to triple fold over the linens which was less than classy looking. Pickup was to be on the following Monday. (I'd paid for set up and take down). When I asked for a window time period they'd be arriving to pick up, I was told between 8-11 am. No one arrived. I called at noon and was told they were "en route", and they'd be there in 30 minutes. At 1:50, I was told they were 5 minutes away, In the mean time, we took down the tables and chairs and had them stacked for easy pick up (as we had an appointment that day and HAD to leave ASAP). In spite of not being able to use the carafe, wrong linens, and not needing take down service, no one has offered a price adjustment. If you use this company, be VERY vigilant in checking what's delivered. read more

I was more than disappointed with the service I received from Abz. The customer service was subpar, to say the least, and I felt very unappreciated as a customer the entire time I was in contact with them. My bounce house was delivered an hour late, after they had also tacked on numerous extra charges the day of my event. The company knew that we were going to be unable to stake the bounce house to the ground, but didn't call to tell me that until the morning of, and were conveniently able to charge me $20 for weights. It was picked up almost an hour late as well, and when I complained about this they told me I had the wrong time, when I know for a fact that I did not. Our bounce house was also defective and would not stay inflated throughout the day. And, I was told countless times by several people that I did not pay a setup fee, but I did. To sum it up, I will not be using Abz in the future. read more
