We were asked to take our car away while a part was ordered and would be called when the part was in stock. Several weeks later we inquired about the availability of our part. We spoke to the "owner" and were told in no uncertain terms that this was not his "fucking problem" and that we were "fucking stupid" to have bothered him at his place of business. The aggressive and belligerent attitude of the owner means that I cannot comment on the quality of the work done as, quite frankly we will not be returning. Everything which is wrong with the auto trade encapsulated in one, hopefully soon to be former, business...

Booked my car in to have a wheel bearing changed. They did both wheel bearings without contacting…read moreme. The other wheel bearing had been replaced 6 months earlier and had no wear. They've done unnecessary work which I didn't ask for and charged me an extra £100 or so. I suggest that you avoid like the plague.
