The hotel is very clean and the lobby had plenty of seating and even some board games. The back of the hotel had a patio with a grill and even a basketball court. The gym was a little basic but it's a hotel gym I'm not expecting it to look like a Planet Fitness: Miniature Size. The only things holding this back: The breakfast is a big hit or miss. The pulled pork I had on saturday was so dry and unflavorful I nearly choked. The milk was also room temp (not great for cereal!), the handicap rooms are also way too far from the elevators (right near an exit for a staircase but if someone is in a wheelchair that doesn't help much). Additionally despite the hotel being as big as it is, there are only two luggage carts I waited almost an hour when I checked in and checked out. Doesn't help when some guests can't be bothered to bring the carts down after use and just leave them unattended in the middle of their hotel room floor. Also the sleeper couch is very uncomfortable woke up with neck and back discomfort and pain every morning :/.

Tera, Conway, and Terry were all amazing, very friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. The outdoor space was nice, and the staff even invited us to join them out back while they were cooking, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool area was clean and warm, and there was a nice area across the street with a couple of places to eat, enjoy cocktails, and play games. There was also a shopping center about two miles away, which was very convenient. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely book here again.

He let us use the boardroom when the power was out on the large island - I can't tell you how helpful that was and we were grateful. My room is spacious and clean. If I come back to the Pittsburgh area, I will definitely seek out this hotel. This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I've been to, and I've been to many!

The staff was friendly and efficient, but didn't offer any guidance as to where the elevators were, what time check out was (the standard stuff they usually tell you at check in). Not a big deal, but those little touches can make a difference. The room itself was spacious and clean. I had a king bed and it was clean and comfortable. The pillows kind of stunk. They basically sunk down to nothing as soon as you laid on them. I was glad I had so many extras because I was able to have a little more support with all the extra pillows. The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in them. The shower head had multiple settings, but the water pressure was a little lower than I would have expected. I'm not sure if that is a common occurrence or it was just the time that I took a shower. I was near the elevator so I did hear elevator and guest noise, but it generally wasn't something that kept me up or anything. The conference facilities were beautiful and the food was delicious. In 2025, my husband and I had three stays here, and so far in 2026, we have had one stay here. All four stays were two nights long, and we paid for our rooms with credit-card points. Our rooms had a king-sized bed, sofa bed, 55-inch television, microwave, small refrigerator, desk, chair, and more. The rooms were clean and in very good condition, aside from a chipped bathroom tile, some peeling wallpaper, a burned-out light, and wall crack in one room. During our first visit (see my first review below), both the employee at the front desk and the housekeeper had unprofessional communication such as laughing at us about our floor and huffing and puffing about our do-not-disturb sign (we have received one during ZERO of our stays), but during our second through fourth visits, the employees performed their jobs better. We recently learned that we are permitted two free sodas per day, but I am not sure why.

The room was fine again average for a Fairfield Inn. If you need a nice but simple hotel this is definitely the place. The lobby and my room alike were clean and well maintained. My bed was the standard hotel-level of firm, and the pillows were the standard hotel-level of soft and flat. I like a softer bed and thicker pillows but at this point I know not to expect them during my travels. The wi-fi worked pretty well overall; it got spotty at times but was more reliable than what I'm used to at hotels, so that was a plus! One thing I didn't like was that every time I'd pull into the parking lot, trucks would have parked across multiple spaces (rather than attempting to fit into a single space). I did find parking OK day to day/night to night so it didn't affect my stay; but I also noticed it daily, and wondered if the trucks would have been allowed to do that if the hotel was busier. In summary: I had a straightforward stay in a simple but nice hotel. They definitely offered a good quality stay for a reasonable price - I'd stay here again, assuming parking never becomes an issue.

This hotel clearly does not actually clean the rooms, or change the sheets for that matter.
