When I made the booking, the owner assured me they would carry out proper due diligence and identify the root cause of the issue. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of that expectation. After a few hours, I was told the "diagnostic" had been done using a diagnostic machine only, with no meaningful additional investigation. There was no visual inspection, no deeper fault-finding, and no attempt to properly validate the issue. They simply repeated the same fault code information I was already aware of. Based on this very superficial check, they quickly recommended a major and expensive repair -- without demonstrating any thorough analysis to justify it. When I asked reasonable questions to understand their process and reasoning, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. What's most disappointing is not just the lack of diagnosis, but the lack of honesty and professionalism. If the garage does not have the expertise, time, or willingness to properly diagnose a vehicle, it would be far more professional to say so upfront rather than provide a costly recommendation based on a basic scan. I trusted them to treat both the job and me as a customer with professionalism and respect. Instead, I received neither. I would not return to this garage and would not trust their diagnostic conclusions.

Awful experience - charged me for an MOT and they failed my car on the rear shock absorbers saying…read moreRepair immediately (major defects) "Shock absorbers has a serious fluid leak Rear (Both sides)" and then they quoted me £566 to repair this so-called major defect. Turns out after an independent inspection that there was nothing at all wrong with the rear shock absorbers. Unfortunately, I had to pay another fee to get the car re MOT'd at a different MOT Centre and guess what... yes it passed without any issues relating to the rear shock absorbers. I regret having any dealings with this company but glad I didn't have to pay an additional £566 to them for a fake repair. Be very careful if you use this outfit. I would suggest getting MOT failures double checked elsewhere before committing to paying this company for repairs that might not be necessary.

Biggest mistake of my life! I had booked my car in for a routine major service which was supposed to cost £295. But on the day of the service,I was called by the service department saying they had found another fault and this was going to cost me £300 more! As I am not a technician and the department instilled a sense of panic into me and I agreed for the extra work to be done. When I went to collect the car,I asked to examine the part they replaced and I didn't see any defect with it,but I paid the full amount of over £600! On checking the service book I was shocked that it was filled out wrongly by a supposedly qualified technician! it was then that the problems got worse and I began to suspect that the extra work I was told was needed was not actually needed. I suspected the dealership made up a non existant fault to extort more money out of me! When I raised the issue of the unnessecary work and my service book filled out incorrectly with the Aftersales Manager and the Director of the company they were simply not bothered. It seemed to me that they had got their money out of me and were not prepared to rectify matters. I had to question the fact that if a supposedly experienced technician was incompetant enough not to fill out a service book properly, how could I be sure he actually carried out the service or the supposed "repair" competantly? I bitterly regret using this Dealership and I strongly warn everyone to avoid them. I think they are crooks and conmen!!

Wish other dealers took a leaf out of their book. Never felt pressured into buying anything, was offered a choice of cars for test drives and they even sourced a personalised number plate for me. The only criticism (that I can see) is how far out of the city they are. Highly recommended if you're in the Berkshire area.
