Several of us were new to firearms and he presented the material clearly and thoroughly. His focus was on making sure we were comfortable, understood the material and could safely handle firearms. He encouraged and answered every question sincerely and patiently. It was an awesome experience. My wife took the class with ""Toby" and she felt the exact same way about him. In our time since the classes, we have met the owner, several members of the sales and range safety team. To a person, they are outstanding. They all engage quickly to help, answer questions and give advice. Many of them have a rich history in the field or military background. I have not encountered a business where from top to bottom the staff is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store had a great selection of supplies, ammo and forearms and has great prices. It's a smaller indoor range with only about 10 lanes. But even going on a Sunday, It wasn't filled up. Each lane purchase comes with a target. I was looking for some tactical training within the state, versus the standard stagnant-without the ability to pull from the holster- shooting. I was advised by one of the range staff that there are a variety of classes available for this type of interest. There is a variety of fire arms to choose from as well as ammo for purchase.
