This gym is extraordinary -- perhaps the best I've seen anywhere. It has everything for any sporty person, from the serious athlete training for competition to someone casually trying to keep the pounds off. There is plenty of space and more than enough weight machines, cardio machines, and free weights. The schedule offers frequent and varied classes. The pool is stunning. The monthly cost -- which tops out at R$1200 and drops with membership, discounts, etc. -- is probably worth it, if you can afford it... but still enough to make me sit out for a couple months. But that's not the gym's fault.

The BJJ training was extremely technical, with Felipe Cesar Silva an amazing coach, and all the team members were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely come here to train again! Grande ginásio perto de Centro e também tem BJJ (juijitsu brasileira) a partir Barbosa Academia de segunda a quinta-feira. O ginásio tem um monte de espaço e mais importante um rack de agachamento. O treinamento de Jiu-Jitsu foi extremamente técnico, com Felipe Cesar Silva um treinador incrível, e todos os membros da equipe foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Eu definitivamente vir aqui para treinar novamente!
