This gym is very airy and newly renovated. This means its cell floor everywhere, a lot of free…read moreweights and kettle bells for the chosen one. When i have been, it hasnt been that crowded, and i have been there when its usually pretty crowded around 5-6pm. One explanation could be that its not right in an area where a lot of offices are at, so ppl either come here a bit later or go elsewhere.
There are 3 different floors, so you dont have to warmup, just run up and down the stairs a couple of times to get a figure where everythings at and you will be fine.
Restrooms are clean and fresh, and for an instance there are quite a lot so you dont have to hustle finding an empty. So if you are in the area and have the possibility to train wherever you can give it a shot.
