The nurse took my daughters temperature with the thermometer you point at the head and it was way off ( my daughter had a fever of 103 all week and there was no way it was 98). Went back a week later (today) and wanted her checked out and they wouldn't check her because they said the results from her Covid test were required when they NEVER said anything about that when we went the week before. And even if I didn't get her tested they still weren't going to see her which was bs. Don't waste your time coming here.

It seems that the medical staff doesn't check them, doesn't inform the Dr. of a needed refill request and they just don't give s#it about you as a patient or as a person with chronic disabling medical conditions. They are unqualified, uncaring and should not be employed in the medical field where empathy and compassion and ethics are requirements. On top of that, they had a security breach that disclosed personal information to hackers in January 2023. If you value your health, sanity and dignity, stay away from this miserable place.

Drs are all bottom of the barrel other wise they wouldn't be in Needles.. I have seen the ER DR's high on drugs.. When I arrived, there were only a couple of people in the waiting room. Before I was ever registered or asked about my symptoms, the receptionist, Holly, told me she was too busy because of other patients and an ambulance. I was told I could either wait until she had time to check me in like in 3 hours or go somewhere else. it was dead only 3 patient. I was never registered, never triaged, and never evaluated by a nurse or doctor. When I later tried to make a complaint, I was told there was no supervisor available who could address my concerns. I left and drove to another emergency room, where I received treatment. Looking back, I'm grateful I made that decision. If my experience is any indication, I would strongly encourage anyone with a serious medical concern to consider driving the extra distance to another emergency department if it's safe to do so. I have filed formal complaints with the hospital and the California Department of Public Health because I believe what happened deserves a full investigation.

They gave him antibiotics. He took the full dose did not help. It got worse took him back and told me he had something totally different and paid $200 for this kind of treatment. My husband has never physically seen her, only telemedicine and she has never gone over the blood work, ekg or heart halter he was given to wear 5 months ago!! My mother cannot get her prescriptions refilled before running out, the office will not accept calls from pharmacy!!! They have scheduled her for MANY unnecessary and painful procedures!! They even make a nonsense call monthly and charge the insurance $100 The staff are very rude and I would not recommend going to this office.
