All they want to do is send you to the emergency room because they don't want to deal with you. It's ridiculous. The nurse took my daughters temperature with the thermometer you point at the head and it was way off ( my daughter had a fever of 103 all week and there was no way it was 98). Went back a week later (today) and wanted her checked out and they wouldn't check her because they said the results from her Covid test were required when they NEVER said anything about that when we went the week before. And even if I didn't get her tested they still weren't going to see her which was bs. Don't waste your time coming here.

Forget about getting your life saving medications refilled, or using the patient portal to communicate. They refuse to respond to multiple pharmacy fax requests for refill and multiple requests through their portal. It seems that the medical staff doesn't check them, doesn't inform the Dr. of a needed refill request and they just don't give s#it about you as a patient or as a person with chronic disabling medical conditions. They are unqualified, uncaring and should not be employed in the medical field where empathy and compassion and ethics are requirements. On top of that, they had a security breach that disclosed personal information to hackers in January 2023. If you value your health, sanity and dignity, stay away from this miserable place.

Beware of Dr. Badery. My nickname for him is "Dr. Death"…read more Do a Google search to learn more about him. My sister was admitted to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center (WARM) on or about Nov. 1st, 2025. Her hemoglobin was extremely low and she needed two units of blood. I don't know what else they found, but she was there for about 2 weeks. Her primary physician was Dr. Badery. We are trying to get specific details of her treatment, but we have not yet obtained copies of her medical records. She was released after that first stay with an antibiotic IV bag. About a week later she was vomiting "black stuff" (most likely dried blood) and was again took an ambulance to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. She was again treated by Dr. Badery. This time they found an upper GI bleed which probably explains the low hemoglobin, but I don't know that for sure. Question - Did she develop that bleed in the week after being discharged, or did they discharge her with abdominal bleeding? I travelled out there to be with her on Dec. 8th. When I arrived she was unable to raise her hand to her mouth to feed herself, she could not sit up without help, nor could she stand without help. Shortly after I arrived a social worker stopped by to see her. I was told that "medically she is just fine", and that they were transferring her to a rehab center. The social worker asked her if she remembered her and my sister said that the social worker was her daughter, of course that was not true. She asked her if she knew what day of the week it was and my sister didn't know. Then she pulled out a piece of paper and asked my sister to sign it. My sister was not physically able to sign her name, and she was certainly not mentally able to direct her own care, but that is what this social worker asked her to do. I followed this social worker out into the hallway to talk to her, but she didn't want to talk to me. I asked questions, but she interrupted by talking over me. She wouldn't look at me and she kept glancing at her watch. Finally, she just walked away. I asked to talk to her doctor, and after 30-40 minutes someone came in, put her in a wheelchair, pushed her out the front door and into a van to transfer her to the rehab center. I was told that the doctor was too busy to talk to me. Once they put her in the van, I had no choice but to leave and follow that van to the rehab center. That was on Monday afternoon. On Wednesday afternoon the doctor at the rehab center said that they had not been able to stabilize her blood sugar the whole time that she had been there. They transferred her by ambulance to the emergency department at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. Obviously, she was not "medically just fine" when the discharged her. Thanks Dr. Death. She was in the emergency department overnight and they transferred her to ICU on Thursday. It is important for me to mention that nursing staff in the ICU was fantastic. In fact, most of the nurses throughout the entire hospital were just great. Not so much for the hospital itself. Not so much for her "doctor", and certainly not so much for that awful social worker. Her condition continued to decline while she was in the ICU. By Saturday she was too far gone to survive, and we moved her to in-hospital hospice. Again, the ICU nurses were fantastic. We lost her at 3:00pm on Sunday, December 14. I would like to add a few comments about the facilities at Western Arizona Medical Center: They seldom answer the main number when you call. They haven't had a patient advocate for over a year and a half. There was a strong sewage smell in public restroom on the main floor of the hospital the whole time that I was there. The hospital is "clean", but not as clean as I expect from a hospital. There is peeling and/or stained and discolored paint in many areas of this hospital.

I want to give a hugmongas praise and appreciation to the entire ICU and Emergency Room for taking…read moresuch excellent care above and beyond the call of duty to my wife Angela Vasquez in ICU room 14. I know they have some divine help but they did their jobs flawlessly and I personally commend each and every one of them for a job well done.

At the hospital I was treated with very good care in emergency until 1:30 am. I was admitted because of the emergency doctor's decision. Dr. Wantzy Cooper had me and my friend look at my CT scan and explained to us what she saw. I have NEVER had any Dr. explain with such thoroughly detailed information. I spent the night and left the next afternoon. I would like to thank the whole staff who tended to me from emergency to my room 1042. May God Bless you all and the Colorado River Medical Center

Worst hospital in the world. The nurse grabs my hand put the towel on top of my finger that's practically falling off and I immediately pass out. When I finally come to my my hand is soaking in a in a in a bucket of iodine I assume when it started out it was only about an inch high was not bothered for two and a half hours meanwhile that pale that was practically empty was now full of blood I have pictures to prove it. The dumbass doctor put two stitches in my hand and called it good he said that I would have to go see a professional surgeon a hand surgeon. The referral that they gave me was not a good one because the person that they sent me to hasn't had a business for 5 years and the phone number was no good and if you do a simple Google search the doctor's name you'll see immediately that he has been out of practice for 5 years. When I call the hospital back to ask them for a new referral the lady on the phone was just downright disrespectful and mean and told me that they don't do dual referrals that I would have to go see my primary doctor for an outside referral. Little does she know that a referral for that requires a doctor's signature or recommendation so when I went to my primary doctor the nearest appointment was five weeks out for emergency surgery. When I when I go to the pharmacy to see what kind of prescriptions I had gotten I had made it very clear what kind of medications I'm allergic to they prescribe you one of the the antibiotic that they prescribed was one that I'm allergic to and they prescribed tramadol for the pain which is a freaking mild narcotic for headaches not nerve damage finger bone pain that is now been 4 days and I've not seen a doctor since because no one will see me cuz they want a referral from the emergency room which I cannot I refuse to go back to the nearest town is an hour and away and I don't have transportation. I feel neglected I feel abandoned by the doctors and and just straight disrespected by all medical staff at that place I would not go there to save my own life I would rather die.....
