Little Jungle has been caring for my little ones for years. That feature brings daycares up with the digital age! The cameras are in the classrooms which the directors can view and it helps give me peace of mind as both directors have young children themselves. Most off the staff is in school for this which makes me thankful for what I am paying for. You get a lot for the rate they charge.

Parents deserve a warning about this place. My son was at Little Jungles Betweork for three days,…read moreand that was more than enough. Right after starting, my son tested positive for COVID. When I notified the daycare, they immediately denied anyone else being sick -- even though no one there had been tested. Then, days later, they suddenly admitted hand, foot, and mouth was going around. So clearly, they weren't being honest or paying attention to what was happening in their own building. They also kept charging my card while my son wasn't attending. Their autopay system gives them full control over your card, and once you're locked in, good luck getting anything reversed. The way they handle billing feels careless and disrespectful. Communication was a nightmare. I messaged them through Brightwheel and barely got responses. When I asked for a phone call because we were talking about my child's health, they told me they "don't do phone calls." Completely unprofessional. When I went in person to speak to someone, the staff was rude and defensive. One even tried blaming my son getting sick on us "taking him to the movies," instead of acknowledging that multiple illnesses were clearly spreading inside their center. And the day-to-day care? Also disappointing. I picked my son up with a snotty, runny nose, and they didn't wipe it until I pointed it out. If they overlook something that simple, it makes you wonder what else is being neglected. This daycare desperately needs to step up their cleaning and sanitizing. With COVID and hand, foot, and mouth going around at the same time, it's obvious the classrooms, toys, and surfaces are not being disinfected the way they should be. Proper sanitation should be a top priority -- not an afterthought. Overall, I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. The lack of honesty, poor communication, questionable hygiene, and unprofessional behavior made it an easy decision to pull my son out. Parents deserve better. Would put 0 stars if I could.

Both stars are for the teacher, Mrs. Jordan…read more Other than that, I don't recommend this school. I voiced my concerns multiple times throughout the school year and nothing was ever resolved. The main issue with this school is this: it is highly disorganized. You're expected to raise X amount of money in fundraisers every year, but you'll usually get the fundraising pamphlet about 1-2 weeks before it's due. When do you pick up the items when they come in? You won't know and neither will the person RUNNING the fundraiser until a few days before (once it was literally the day before....) and if you're not there to pick up your items, you're fined $5. Over half of the special events outlined in the yearly schedule never happened and the others were a disorganized mess. Details of the last field trip of the year were given two DAYS before the field trip (price, meeting place, etc). Ice cream was supposed to be brought to the last class for the kids, a parent brought toppings, and when we showed up, the board had decided to do cupcakes instead, without informing the parents. The Christmas party had, and this is no exaggeration, the dirtiest Santa costume I've ever seen. When I posted photos on social media, people commented asking me if they found him in a dumpster and such. This was after we paid for tickets to the party and contributed a monetary donation on top of that. The end of the year party changed locations and dates at least three times. I could go on and on. The board members do not communicate with one another, details change constantly, and unless you're sitting at home with a completely clear schedule, this system, or lack thereof, will stress you out to no end all year long. You're expected to be an active part of the co-op, which was no issue for me, and "work" a few times a month in your child's classroom. By the end of the year, half of our class had withdrawn because of all of the above listed issues and I was "working" pretty much every other class. The president changes every single year (and the one they have for next year will only be there next year), so there is no consistency in leadership. Co-ops are seen as a low cost preschool for parents who can't shell out hundreds and here, the cost is low for monthly tuition, but when you add on monthly field trips, the $150 fundraising goal (that is seemingly impossible to meet when the person running the fundraisers on the board doesn't even attend monthly meetings or communicate....), bringing snack 2-3 times a month, extra money for school/class parties, and monetary donations for presents for the teacher, you might have well just sent your child to a traditional preschool and saved yourself a lot of grief. We'd be paying $55 a month next year at Topsy and we'll be paying $85 for the preschool we chose. Next year, there is one child from our class returning. That should tell you something. I hope Mrs. Jordan finds somewhere worthy of her.

Wrote a review after my son left here in 2021 and didn't realize that it had been deleted…read more Apparently because I mentioned EMILY'S last name. Btw if you're wondering what Emily I'm referring to in this review, she's the trailer trash looking chick who always colors her hair, wears dingy gym shoes and has a raspy voice. The best thing I did for my child was taking him to a new school. The staff there were so incompetent it was ridiculous. The amount of times I had to make sure my child got his lunch because they had given his lunch to another before. Or I had to call the manager because the staff had sent my child's belongings (WHICH WERE LABLED) home with another child tells you how incompetent they were. The owner Sheryl Westerdale also doesn't take the safety of these children seriously. The last two incidents: My son told me Emily "pulled him really hard on his cot during nap time". Those are my child's words btw. He said he was talking and if you know any better like I do, it sounds like she was annoyed his was talking and forcefully pushed him across the floor. They checked the cameras but claimed they could not see anything because it was dark. Then after, a few days later...I picked up my child from school and he had thumbtacks in his HAT! The explanation that I had gotten was so ridiculous. Apparently, EMILY claims that my son had knocked them over and she cleaned them up. Well, HOW DID THEY GET INSIDE OF HIS BOOK BAG and INSIDE OF HIS HAT?! One time I asked them to make sure my child's shoes were tied so he wouldn't hurt him. Emily tried to get my child kicked out of the center saying I "yelled" at them. How about you do your job and parents won't have to say anything?! Do yourself a favor and send your child somewhere you don't have to worry about them. You'll be happy to avoid the stress.
