Two weeks ago I went to cash my Taco Bell work check at this location and everything was successful. Now today, two weeks later, at this same location they telling me that I have to deposit the check, but I don't have a checking account with Wells. I just wanted to cash my check like I did two weeks ago. I think it was very unprofessional to not provide clarity on why they couldn't cash my check. I work hard for my money and I don't want any challenges when it comes to me cashing my checks. Also, the numbers that machine the teller used to check the validity of the check typed this 10 digit number on the back of my check and that number is preventing Check Cashing places from cashing it. Not only did Wells not cash my check, they made it difficult for another business to do so. I have bills that need to be paid and I have things I need to get done and this situation is taking away from my obligations I had planned for today. It sad that they use a Black Teller too, this broke my heart. It's a Wells Fargo check so I should be able to pay the $7 fee since I don't have an account and get the check cashed but today that wasn't the case and I want to know why.
