Had an interesting start with Don's .. as during a home inspection I believe an unfortunate…read moreoversight was made (I do understand the reasoning). After speaking with them they did come out and make things right! Having done this I decided to give Don's my full business with termite bait stations and quarterly pest control, including mouse prevention. When the tech came out they did not install the mouse prevention, which I had paid for. After calling, they again came back out and made things right. I believe they could possibly use a few more QAQC measures put into place to better serve their customers but that is their decision. I will continue to use Don's going forward as it feels good to support a local business and appreciate the effort to earn their customers satisfaction.
