One afternoon while alone in the main office he approached and told me to fill out some bank some deposit slips. As I was writing each one, he stood near my desk and loomed tapping his foot over and over again, telling me to hurry up, to get it done, asking was I A.D.H.D.? I ignored him and continued making out the slips. He came closer to my desk and started tearing up the slips I had already filled out, yelling at me that I needed to write nicer. The next time I did a slip, he wadded it, throwing at me, saying I was worthless. I gathered myself, my purse, my desk belongings and walked out, him still yelling after me. I never looked back, it was not easy to to walk away from a paycheck but keeping my dignity and self respect were. read more
