-.25 STARS!!!! BEWARE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Came here with my family to get prices on a manufactured home for property we own as a weekend get away that is in driving distance. Their joke of a sales man was nothing but rude and negative our entire conversation. I'm not one to blast a family operated business since I completely support those, but this guy surely takes the cake. After his last comment of stating that he's been in this trade for over fifty years he knows it all that we have no idea what we're talking about I got up to walk out the door. This place employs one of the worst sales man in the entire country. Our meeting started off by my father in law limping in with a boot cause he just had surgery and installed metal rods in his foot. We asked the sales man hownisnhe doing and he replies to my father in law "apparently better than you". The experience only got worst from there. He continued the conversation by letting us know all the things that we couldnt do and quoting us some astronomical numbers with out even doing any research at all. We already had data proving the it's a fraction of the costs what he was trying to charge us. The entire conversation was a negative experience we decided to walk out custom homes direct in modesto instead of this joke of a place. We found out that the sales man is the owner. read more
