Short staffed today, I am ok with the wait, that didn't bother me. What did bother me was their sanitary conditions. I can guarantee you that they do not clean in between customers and the clippers and sanding files along with Dremel aren't even wiped off for the next person's usage. There was powder left from the grinding of nails on the Dremel and they didn't even bother wiping it down or dipping it into alcohol before the next customers. I wouldn't be surprised if someone got a toe nail fungus from this place. The pedicure was short and rushed and my feet didn't properly get soaked before the technician started sanding down the nails, I would say a quick 2 second dip in the water and it was straight to dremeling. Additionally, the lady wasn't careful when she clipped my toe nails. Not only did she cut me, she also did a poor job on keeping the nail cut straight. In fact, a few of my toe nails are actually slanted/crooked and with sharp corners...I can see it right off the bat, but she didn't care. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible visit today. Will be my last. I asked if they were able to remove my powder dip polish and they nearly ripped my nails off. Left my skin bleeding, nailbeds rough and uneven....to the point that I didn't feel comfortable having new polish put on. Today was my first and last time at this nail salon. I made an appointment yesterday for a dip overlay and a pedicure. I arrived on time and after about 15 minutes I was told to stick my hands in a bowl of acetone. I have always had my nails wrapped with tinfoil and the dip powder comes off easily without destroying your hands. After about 20 more minutes I was told to wash my hands and of course they were covered with dead skin and layers of dip powder. Then the woman says she will take it off for me. Clearly that did not happen and they simply were too busy to take care of me correctly. Don't just tell someone to stick their hands in a bowl of acetone and remove polish themselves. Wrap their nails and do it correctly so they're nail beds and hands are not destroyed. I was charged $10 for a bowl of acetone and I'm still peeling junk off my hands read more

First time I went I asked for acrylic with gel polish, French manicure with a neutral base. All I got was the neutral colored gel, I didn't care too much just felt like I wasn't heard. Second time was for a acrylic fill with gel. The lady that did my fill was extremely rude and rough. I told her I was in pain and she did not ease up. Grabbed my hands disrespectfully and aggressively when I pointed out a crooked nail. My third time, I went because the fill I had done chipped on one nail after a week. Before coming to accent nails I was looking on yelp at their reviews and seen many great things, I went to the salon and got my nails done by Lily, I got a simple gel acrylic set and was charged $65. I have never paid more than $50 to get my nails done, and I've had designs done on my nails,gems, all of that. Most places the average price would be around $40 including the shape and length. I've been going to her for over a year. She takes into consideration what you want and gives you her honest opinion on will look nice. I'm constantly getting compliments on my lashes. Came here to get my lashes done by Tran. After the first time I was obsessed! Tran does an amazing job with eyelash extensions. She's a perfectionist, she makes sure your lashes come out the way you want them to be. Mine came out perfect every time. Tran always made time for refills, so your lashes are on point. Very reliable! Not only do I trust her with my lashes, but I also trusted her with my eyebrows. After going to her for as long as I can remember, I decided to get my eyebrows micro-bladed. Tran suggested microblading/shading. She made sure I was comfortable with the shape she drew and walked me through all the things I needed to know about microblading. The process was long but she was so patient. Also, the healing process takes about 10 days so don't worry too much if they are not the way you want them at first. She will contact you to make sure if your brows are healing okay. My eyebrows came out great! I wanted natural and fuller brows and that's what she gave me. I am so thankful for her work! Super clean nail salon! Mon-Wed they have specials which I love. I am so impressed by the cleanliness in this place. They offer a more deluxe pedicure but are not pushy. In my first visit there I was trying to match a Shellac color with a OPI color for a mani-pedi and they were so helpful in not only allowing me my time in picking one out but also coming over to help. I want to first start off by saying that the day we went they were understaffed. The owner told us that they had 2 people quit with no notice the day before. We had to wait about 30 minutes before they could put us in a chair for the pedicure. They started on my pedicure first and then did my moms. About halfway through my mom's pedicure, the manicurist (rather than have one person do both mani/pedi, they had some people who did pedis and some who did manis) came over to her and started to do her manicure while she was still in the pedicure chair. It was quite awkward and she probably should have stopped the lady, but we had to get it done because we were leaving for a cruise the next day. Then after she finished working on my mom, she came over to me. About halfway through, my pedicure was complete and I got up and went to her station. I only got a clear coat on my fingernails because she was trying to do a quick job and I could easily see that it wasn't going to turn out well. I got a gel polish on my toenails and it is easily the worst one I have ever had. About 3-4 days into my cruise the gel started to come up on the sides of my nails! I usually have gel last on my toes for 2 weeks or longer! I will not go back here, and I will not recommend anyone else go here. They have low quality products and low quality service. read more

I have taken my 2 daughters here multiple times, they do a good job but they nickel and dime you with everything. My daughters get acrylics and they charge extra for everything. This last time we went one of my daughters had barely 3 lifted nails and she was charged like a brand new set of acrylics, they had just done her previous nails 2 weeks prior so they were in very good shape. Also if she would want to trim the nails that would be extra as well. Question: what is a manicure? Doesn't that include trimming, filing and cuticles? Then why not for acrylics? The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they do a good job but again they nickel and dime. Way overcharging repeating customers! The entire salon was immaculate, the polishes very well organized, and extra measures taken to ensure cleanliness throughout. My nail technician was extremely thorough and precise, taking extreme care and time. Prices are comparable to other nail salons. The technician who waxed my eyebrows offered up helpful information on other services, as well. This was my second visit, and I think this will become my preferred nail salon. I went there to get eyelash extensions, came out with some false lashes heavily glued to my eyelids. There was so much glue, my lids were glued shut. i was tearing so bad because of the burning the glue caused, which didn't stop until the lashes were off. i rushed home and soaked them in makeup remover like the lady had told me to do. There was no luck, for twenty minutes. My mom ended up soaked my eyes in coconut oil to free the adhesive. the lashes came off, but not without leaving horribly shark clumps of glue on my lashes. read more

I have only ever gone to them and they have always done a beautiful job when I go to Lily but unfortunately I came today and she was busy so I had the middle aged man do it and he completely ruined my shape that I pay extra for and didn't evenly apply the acrylic so now I have these lumps on the part of the nail that was suppose to be getting filled and he also didn't file down the acrylic once it drys like your suppose to instead he buffed them. He also just kept filing the sides and made them extremely thin uneven and crooked I've never had a bad experience with them so I am extremely upset with how they came out especially with how much they charge I don't mind paying it because they always get done how I want but this time I was very disappointed. read more
