This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have worked for in the aspect of caregiving.They are unfair to their employees as well as their clientele.I have had multiple experiences where there is not a two week notice of me losing a job and the company will only put bodies in the homes to fill the space. For example, this last time, the employer failed to tell me a client was on hospice and he passed away two weeks later. Another example is the employer called me on a Friday to let me know that the clients workman's compensation ran out on Sunday. Once again, I did not have employment in replacement of this client. I found this company to be very unprofessional towards their employees and also their clients. read more
