LEARN from MY loss and experience. If you retain or hire this company, in my opinion, you are crazy. I originally retained Julie from this firm to handle all my past bookkeeping issues and to establish a policy going forward. At first she was sweet and helpful but then, in my opinion, she became lax, unprofessional and sloppy. I had to file a 433 with the IRS and was on a Friday deadline. Julie was agreeable to come in the morning to create the 433 as she had the "quick-book" numbers. Well, she never showed up and when I sent her a text at 8:30am her reply was she would call me from her office when she gets in. At 11:30am still nothing from Julie I sent her another text, her response was she was in the Dr's office and will come by when she's finished. At 2:30pm, still no Julie or Access Accounting, I sent a text asking where she was NO RESPONSE whatsoever. REMEMBER this 433 HAD to be filed by 5:00pm THAT DAY and Julie has a weeks notice of this. Finally at 5:30pm I received a text from Julie asking if I can meet. Well, I FIRED her then and there. My office has paid her and her firm well in excess of $4,000.00 YES FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS to handle my past tax issues and bookkeeping at a rate of $100.00 PER HOUR. I have since retained a new professional to handle my bookkeeping and accounting matters, in their FIRST visit to my office, they uncovered from the quick book program that JULIE established and entered the data into, that SHE NEVER reconciled over $80,000.00 in credit card charges making my P&L's and Balance sheets incorrect, BUT she was picking up exchanges between "Saving Accounts" and "Checking Accounts" AS INCOME. End Result, higher unnecessary income, less deductions and incorrect P&L's and Balance sheets.!!!!!!! To make matters worse in my opinion, paying this sloppy unprofessional over $4,000.00 and have to create and file my own 433 before the 5:00pm deadline!!!!! LEARN PEOPLE, in my professional opinion, DO NOT RETAIN THIS PERSON OR HER COMPANY!! Consider yourself fairly notified. read more
