We had an outstanding experience with Access Garage Door LLC and Zach Barnes. Initially, we needed trim replaced on our garage door, and I happened to meet Zach while he was working on a new build in our neighborhood. He asked me to text him my name and address, and true to his word, he stopped by the same day to review the work. Within a week, the job was completed beautifully--and at a very fair price! Fast forward a short time later, when our garage door accidentally dropped on the hood of our car after we shut the release cord in the door. The first person I thought to call was Zach. Unfortunately, it happened on a Sunday, so I sent a quick SOS text, not expecting to hear back until Monday. To my surprise, Zach reached out that same day, and by Monday our garage door was working perfectly again--once again, for a fair and reasonable price. The people at Access Garage Door are absolutely friendly and informative. I wanted a new garage door in a different color. It didn't take too long for the panels to come in and let me tell you, after the new garage door was installed (hardware and all!) I couldn't stop going outside to look at it. It was like Santa came. :-) He changed out my old springs and everything else attached. I have had so many neighbors stop by as they are walking their dogs telling me how amazing it looks. Our old garage door opener failed. After another company gave us an outrageous price quote for a unit we didn't want, we called Access. Gave them specific description of opener we wanted, they gave us a reasonable price quote and scheduled replacement for next day. Their technician arrived on time, was friendly, and straight forward. We talked a few minutes and he got to work. He replaced unit and set up new one. We are very pleased with our experience. If all companies did business like this one the world would be a better place. They are kind and courteous and always come when they say. I bought a house with a broken garage door. They had replaced my other door. Also wanted to install openers. I ended up using another company for the openers because they couldn't do it (it was a complicated low hanging issue).
