Brian L Kersey in Spring Hill Florida failed at his one and only job to coordinate care for a patient admitted to Bayonet Hospital on Fivay Rd. He did not provide quality of care and prolonged access to care that led to suffering and death of this patient. I would stay as far away from this physicians assistant as possible. I have stage 4 cancer so I got a referral from guiseppe carmassi my so called doctor to see a cancer center. When said center said I needed a port put in and a biopsy of my liver they sent paperwork to carmassis office over a week ago. This arrogant man decided to take it out on me and did nothing to complete the paperwork to allow my cancer doctor to continue with the procedures. The cancer center wanted both procedures done on the same day but trinity couldnt do it so finally they got it arranged at Bayonnet point hospital. They sent more paperwork to carmassi noting the change in hospitals but of course he refused to take care of it when it would only have taken this man no more than half an hour if that much to take care of this. He has no bedside manner, and everytime i go to his office he ignores me and i see his nurse practitioner who used to be helpful but has not helped recently at all. How do these people think they can play God with peoples lives? Carmassi should not be a doctor because he's so arrogant and doesnt care about the patients. The day I finally met him after I had been in the hospital to have my appendix out all he could say to me was he didnt like the fact that I badmouthed his office. Well the bad mouthing was the fact that I said I had to wait three weeks to get an appointment with this office and when I'm in pain I cant wait three weeks I need to be able to find out what the pain is and stop it . His concern was not for my health his concern was for his reputation and right now that has gone down the tubes. Any doctor who thinks he's so much better than anyone else and doesnt do his job to help his patients through their sickness is not a good doctor at all.
