Best Property Management Company I have ever used! Prompt, professional with no hidden costs. They have exceeded my expectations.

I live in Denver and purchased an investment rental property out in Grand Rapids. Did a good amount of research on property management companies in the area and spoke to several before making a decision. Aaron in particular is who I have worked with and when I was still considering the property he went out to view it and took a video for me plus did research and sent me articles on the area. This was above and beyond what any of the other companies did. When i was about to have to walk away from the house during negotiations, Access was the only company that actually followed up with ME. I ended up going forward with the house and had no doubt I would choose access to help manage it. So far I have been very pleased with the process. Aaron has always been extremely responsive, helpful and professional. I now have qualified tenants! The portal is very easy to use and they are very organized. When we moved in 2012, we decided not to sell our house because the market was so low. We wanted to rent it out, but we didn't want to figure out all the massive legal regulations for renting it out ourselves, so we looked for management companies. I sent inquiries out to a few companies one Saturday, and to my shock, Access called my cell phone within minutes, even on a weekend. They have been incredibly easy to work with, the price was very fair, and they did a good job of respecting our needs as owners while keeping the tenants happy too. Having the intermediary seemed like a great situation for both parties. The house was kept occupied out even when our first tenants moved - they had new ones within a month or so. We decided to sell the house this fall, and even though their ability to make money with us was coming to an end, they stayed attentive and responsive and helped us clean up a big mess left by the last tenants. Their owner portal is great too. If we ever rent another property, we will certainly use Access again. read more
