They are only open from 10pm till 5am and can tell when you enter and when you leave so they would have 7 hours to take pictures then remove your items take what they find valuable and put everything else back in place to try and fool you. Although everyt8me I entered it looked different then the time b4, when I brought this up she had laughed and asked why anyone would do that, playing stupid. Anyways after me paying for insurance every month there is nothing I can do and these storage facilities know this, therefore know they can rob you blind while upping your rent every 6 months to a year. Moving is very stressful and we had a few extra challenges to deal with. A tight budget coupled with an extremely heavy & bulky electric adjustable bed, and a delicate teak hutch & buffet made us pretty nervous about choosing a decent mover. Thankfully Zaid came through for us. He showed up exactly on time with his two helpers and they got to work right away. They were friendly, polite and asked all the right questions. No wasted time or complaints about the heavy bed, either. Unloading was also nicely uneventful and the men laid out runners to protect our flooring. So far we haven't found any damages to our house or stuff. We paid in cash and there were no hidden fees. At the time of our booking it was $95/hr plus a $160 travel fee. We were able to calculate and budget easily and came in right around our expected cost when it was all done. We did move a lot of the little things by car in the weeks prior, though. That's why our move from downtown Toronto to West Mississauga was so short! 10am-2pm. I would definitely use these guys again (and probably will, considering the type of business I am in!)

It did not take long for Boxed Inn to get our online order ready. We were able to pick up our…read moremoving bundle the following morning. Everything was packaged nicely and the gentleman brought everything to our car. So far, after having used some of the boxes for packing, we can tell they are great material. The moving bundle we got also included tape, bubble wrap and packing paper which has been SO useful. We were able to get all of the moving supplies we needed in one spot.
