I do not recommend this place!!! the lack of compassion that was shown to me and my dog will not be overlooked! I will contact someone to look into this matter!! I can't believe that someone would turn someone away like that!! She acted as if it were her own pup and that's the care I love to see! He ended up being fine and did not have to be seen. We booked his gland express apt for here two weeks later simply because the customer service was great and they seem very attentive to care. Took him today & we were in and out within 15 mins! Rawling wasn't scared and was a happy boy when he came back outside. We will definitely be back!

The space itself and really cute and clean - I've never been to a vet clinic that was so design-y and pretty! When I brought my cat in for an initial visit (to have a bump looked at on her side), I was even offered water or coffee while I waited! I don't know about you, but that's never been the case at other vet clinics I've visited. The vet tech was very helpful and efficient. They used a laptop to get my information in the system, so I didn't have to sit there and fill out a bunch of paperwork, which was nice. Dr. Fruit was kind and attentive to my cat. I've had experiences with vets before where they kind of brush off your concerns, but that was definitely not the case with Dr. Fruit - she was great. We decided to go ahead with surgery to remove the bump, which I was nervous about because I've never had a pet need surgery before. But they answered all my questions and made me feel better about it. Dr. Rudwell actually did the surgery on my cat and she gave me the debrief after the surgery. I know vets always say to call with questions or concerns, but I really do feel comfortable calling them or sending them a picture of the stitches if I need to. Anyway, if you're like me and you're doing research to find the right vet for your pet, definitely add Urban Village to your list!

This vet is not recommended by me or my family- they do not care about you or your animals- all they care about is the price tag above your sick pet's head. EDIT: we ended up going to another vet and they said that she just had a very bad UTI. if we did not get that second opinion, we would've ended up putting our dog to sleep. The second vet ran the exact same test and was able to tell us what was wrong with her almost immediately. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

What a wonderful individual. She assisted us with our pets needs for heart worm treatment therapy. We are new to the area and have what appears to be a small farm when it comes to animals . They needed heart worm medicine to make sure they are healthy and safe for puppy walks. When you pull up to the facility, you will text the front office and they will come to the car and take you to the room. They make it very easy and non stressful for the animals. Our dogs don't like the vet. And they know when it's "vet time!" They made "vet time," less stressful and easier. We will see you again. Now we are mostly waiting on others records.
