They are known as the best in the town. Everyone passes with them! I was previously learning in London before relocating to Luton and I had a nightmare instructor before, hence, the apprehension to just take a lucky dip and call anyone up. Anyway, I had my first lesson with my driveJohnson's 'Jim'. It was a 2 hour assessment. At the end of the assessment 'Jim' said book my test , there was work to do but if I was willing to put 10-15 hours in - he promised me he could get me through first time. I booked the test immediately :-) - Jim turned up every lesson on time - All the lessons were structured, progress was recorded on a progress card and email reports were sent to me after each lesson with strengths and weaknesses - Lessons were fun and enjoyable - There were times other drivers would lose their patience with me, Jim dealt with these situations extremely well (especially compare to my previous instructor - his solution use to be the middle finger salute) - I took the test and passed with zero minors - I took just 11 hours to get to test standard (well happy with that) - driveJohnson's office also sent me a 'perfect driver - zero minor fault' award too which was a really nice touch. - I even received a courtesy email from the director personally congratulating me on getting zero minors. So pupils performance is monitored from the top too! If you are learning to drive in Luton, then driveJohnson's is a must and I recommend 'Jim' from my experience. He's honest, reliable, makes the lessons fun and interesting and of course he does what he says he will do for you! Quality company that genuinely cares

From the off Marco built my confidence, which had been knocked by my previous fails. He was methodical and professional in his approach, but more than this he was fun and a pleasure to drive with. He not only achieved what I believed to be the impossible (getting me to pass with NO minors) but also really made me enjoy driving. Learning to drive is such a vital thing to get right and will last you all your life, and if you learn well, you'll learn faster, so it will cost less in the end anyway. I pity anyone learning to learn to drive in Oxford with all the cyclists, one-way streets and scary buses!

I can not rate BSM enough…read more Everyone told me they were money grabbing and too expensive, but I found them to teach me the skills that I would need when I passed, in a quick an efficient was and they were really friendly. For example, my friends were all taught how to pass the test, once they passed there were a lot of things they didn't know how to do. My instructor taught me how to drive and taught me things I didn't need to do on my test, but which helped me out after passing. For example she took me to the petrol station and showed me how to fill up little things like that were nice. I passed with flying colours and really quickly as well. Money well spent.
