When I had my taxes done I told them that I would transfer money to my IRA the next day. I signed my taxes to be filed. The receptionist then put a note on my file to call me to verify. It was not done and this was explained when I called. Needless to say, I was not happy with the customer service. If you choose to use this company, make sure that you have everything in order and make sure to ask specific questions. I heard from another person that used them to make sure of this. I just hope that others have had a better experience than I did.

I went to yelp for help and found Kate with Mayhew Accounting. When I did my search she was the first one to contact me. She set up a short 10-15 minute meet and greet consultation via a weblink to get an understanding of our needs. The call went well minus some technical problems on my end but she was completely understanding and professional through it all. We down loaded an app called Tax Dome that we used to upload documents and communicate through. She asked us to take Pictures and upload tax documents from our previous year as well as our current taxes. The cost was around $300.00 for our service. Everything was handled remotely. If she needed additional information she sent us a message. When we were traveling and needed a few days she waited without pressure or attitude. Very professional and outstanding customer service for a first time user did not go unnoticed. Our funds have been deposited from the state and federal and our payment for the service completed. My bank account and personal information protected and a good sense of completing task safely.

My initial phone contact was pleasant and made me feel as though they had the experience and expertise we were seeking. I spoke to Seth who assured me that he could complete the review and take whatever action was needed to correct the filings. He asked that I email my docs to him securely and that he would get right back to me. After waiting nearly two weeks for a reply, I called to inquire as to status and he apologized for the delay and lack of communication. Two months later and still no response, I followed-up again. More apologies and assurances that the review would be done within the next week. Over three months later I still am waiting for a reply from Seth.
