Ronda met with us twice - once to meet us and go over all of our tax documents, and again to walk through our tax return with us. They e-file for you, which is also nice. She was very accommodating to our schedules and took the time to get to know us (and didn't mind our 3 year old tagging along!). She also provided some good advice for the upcoming year and was very accessible via phone and email. As an added bonus, they have a secure online portal for signing documents and such, eliminating the need for as many face-to-face meetings if that's what you're looking for. I like knowing that next year, we will work with Ronda again and not just a random person who is available, as was the case with the last company we used before we moved. I found the price of the tax prep to be reasonable and supporting a local business is always an added bonus in my book. We'll definitely recommend William E. I had an IRS Revenue Officer assigned to me who put a Tax Levy against me, and when I spoke to him, he clearly said he received nothing of what he requested from my representatives, and that was the reason he issued the Levy. The guy, Eric, had me sign a paper, and that was all they ever issued to the IRS on my behalf--a wasted $4,200+. I filed a complaint against this company, and I want ALL of my money back. I haven't forgotten about you. Had to hire someone else to help me: Jake and her partner, Tiffani, aka Tiffani The Tax Pro, who's in Texas. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. We use to use one of the big accounting firms, never again! I wound up filing an extension for myself. Further, only today, at the last minute, does he send me the return he prepared with several errors, such as a wrong address, an address no prior accountant has ever used for the return. He keeps making excuses for all his errors and even tries blaming a prior accountant for his incompetence, such as the necessity of including a balance sheet. A balance sheet is not required by the IRS. He pays no attention to details and only skims the information you send him. It got to the point where I had to terminate him, and I will need to hire a different (competent) accountant to do the returns. Avoid like the plague. Reply: With the number of errors you made, you have no basis to charge for anything. First, many statements you made are factually incorrect. The LLC does not and has never had over 250k in assets. As noted, with over 40 years of tax returns filed, not one prior accountant ever used an incorrect address, not one, only you. Second, it was clear you constantly made errors, never reviewed the entire information, as I had to keep sending you emails to correct and supplement the information you entered. It was very apparent I would never use your services again or recommend you, and you saw that coming and cut bait. It is clear you have had this problem with previous clients, and it is not new to you. Just look at the 2018 review.
