This company did foundation work for the previous owner of my house back in 09/11 and gave a "Lifetime" warranty that was transferable. 4 weeks ago the foundation shifted far enough to finally break the sewage line underneath flooding my home. Home owners insurance, my contractor stopped the damage from worsening. Connected these people, a man (Mike, I think his name was) came by and said that they would readjust their work BUT only after the plumbing issues we're corrected. So far so good. Now I need estimates on foundation repair and I left NUMEROUS MESSAGES to Accu-Pier with NO RESULTS. Apparently they feel they got their money then but don't want to spend their's as contracted. Not reliable, unwilling to return calls or emails so don't waste your time. They probably LOVE 1st time customer's but choose to ignore their previous customers and ignore their promises. read more

Well, they must have so much business they don't want more. I've called multiple times trying to get someone out to give us an estimate to fix our foundation and have yet to receive a call back from a sales person. The one time I actually got someone to answer, the lady told me she was texting their sales person to find out his availability and she would call back to confirm a time. The previous owner of my house had their foundation repaired through Accu-Pier and purchased a lifetime warranty. I sent the old warranty back to them, along with a $125 check to transfer it to my name. THIS WAS BACK IN MAY 2018. I have yet to receive the new lifetime warranty as of August 2019. I have called numerous times about this, with the woman on the other line even taking down my information in order to mail or email the warranty to me. Based on this experience alone, I would rate negative stars if I could. read more

Professional and courteous. I called for an estimate and received a call back within a couple of hours - and the estimator (Mike) onsite the next day at the time the appointment was scheduled. Signed the contract and had the team onsite within a week performing the repair. The work was completed in a day and appears thus far to have fixed the foundation issue. I've read through the other reviews on the lack of return calls (which i didn't experience) and no commitment to contractual warranty work. We'll see what happens in the future should I need on-going support/work, however would recommend them to others given my experience thus far. read more
