My Adventures in Selling My Home…read more I was exhausted from moths of attempting to sell my home in Allen, TX when JT from Myers Home Buyers reached out. He was polite and kind and empathetic. He came over, gave me an honest rundown, and offered $342K. He let me stay in the house for two weeks while I found another place to live. With all the hassle, fees, and uncertainty, his offer was solid, so I accepted. When the closing date came around and I still hadn't found a new place, JT postponed the closing and even got me in touch with a realtor to help me secure a new home. Thanks to that cushion, I found the perfect home, moved, and never had to deal with temporary housing or stress about my dogs. All in all, Myers Home Buyers was the best option out of everything I tried over the eight months including fsbo, every investment company and two realtors.
