Not a pleasant or helpful experience when we had our 2022 taxes prepared. Additionally, we have not been told when my deceased father-in-law's will be completed. We are in the dark regarding whether we owe money on his behalf after his passing and what we owe Accurate for the completion of his 2022 return. It has been a huge disappointment. read more

This place is a horrible experience for us at this location! New Customer and encountered may problems with Barbara. No return calls, No email replies, Barbara is a liar and dishonest person. She has had my tax returns and claimed that there done 2 weeks later same story. I don't now how they stay in business. I'm taking this more personal because, I feel that she is discriminating against me with her conduct. I may seek the advise of an attorney based on her conduct. DO NOT GO TO ACCURATE BOOKKEEPING AND TAX!!! I went to Barbara for years to get my taxes done and never had a problem until I got audited. When I got audited she did absolutely nothing to help me. And what's even worst she kept telling me that she was taking care of it. After months and months of getting nowhere I finally had to go to someone who actually knew what he was doing and had to pay him a lot of money to fix my problem..which is what Barbara should have done for me in the first place.
