I'm not understanding why he didn't do the coil cleaning while at my house. I feel like I flushed 120.00 down the drain because I called for maintenance. That same night my AC stop working and I didn't understand because it was working just fine before that. I requested that he come back to see if something was knocked out of place by mistake. He came back the next day and changed the capacitor, which I didn't agree to do. I told him to give a chance to get my warranty company on the phone. Their hold times were long because of the pandemic. I was at work, so it was hard for me to get someone on the line. I had spoke with the manager and let him know I would call the warranty company again once I got off work. Once I got off work I found out that the technician had took the capacitor back off. My house was 86 degrees when I got home and my kids and elderly mom was there. I was so upset because if I paid the first day, why wouldn't I pay the next day. I just wanted the opportunity to use the warranrt that I pay for if the services qualified. It was night so we had to sleep in the heat and all the stores closed early, so I couldn't purchase a fan. Needless to say the next day another AC company came and I had to pay for maintenance again and my warranty fee. This was the worst experience I have had with a service company.

How are you a contractor without the tools needed to do your job? They said their office was 15 minutes away and they would be right back. Lies! Then they answered the phone several times after and said they were on the way back to us. Meanwhile, we have a water break and our street is flooding while we wait for them. The last we heard from them (almost 2 hours after they came to our house) they were ten minutes out from us, and then they went radio silent. We could have had another company come and not wasted water, time, and money. Terrible human beings. Just tell people you cant do the work and move on. If you suck at your job, just say that.
