This office has collected my money for several years of increasing rates and has never called to…read moresee if the coverage I have is the coverage I need, or if they can save me money somewhere with additional discounts I might be eligible for. This year somehow I missed the renewal bill. Instead of a call or message from Corbin and his office I got a cancelation letter. Since they haven't personally contacted me in years I chose to try another insurer to meet my needs. Corbin personally contacted the agent I requested (not me) and attacked his moral character, taking no responsibility for the poor service he's provided and trying to suggest they were unethical. Unethical for responding to a customer request to change policy holder by contacting his office to notify and discuss the situation. Corbin's office has yet to contact me to find out why I'm dissatisfied. Instead they're content to collect my money and attack anyone who threatens their easy paycheck. Instead the other agent messaged to apologize and suggest I stay with Corbin and his team, because they can meet my needs. Corbin's office is content to badger others, keep my money and provide no service. If negative stars were an option, it would be there. I could never in good conscience condone or recommend the character and conduct of Corbin. I only hope his other customers realize there's better service out there. He is not a reflection of State Farm. I've held policies with 3 different agents over the years.

Mr. Brown is an absolute gentleman, however his service is scandalous. My wife and I had Mr. Brown…read moreprepare our taxes this year, but the results were less than satisfactory. I would not recommend his services in relation to tax preparation and frankly, would consider Murphy & Rhodes before this service. When we first met with Mr. Brown to discuss the filing of federal and state taxes, we inquired about his associated fees. Mr. Brown quoted us $120.00 to $150.00 total. After agreeing to the price, we provided documentation for our returns. As per our request, Mr. Brown was to prepare our taxes and advise us on his findings prior to filing them. We were told we would receive a call to update us in approximately 4 hours. After a week with no word from his firm, we phoned for information concerning the returns. Upon our inquiry, we learned that he had already taken the liberty of filing our returns though we had asked to be consulted prior to the filing. The end result of his service was a negative balance on the return. Our bill for services rendered amounted to $360.00, a significant difference from the agreed upon fee scale. As the e-file had been submitted without our knowledge, we had no choice but to pay this outrageous fee.

We…read morescheduled an appointment with the idea that we might go with a different company than State Farm. We left with our cars now insured by State Farm and a savings of over 800 dollars on our home insurance. Mr. Sanders and his associate Ms. Evans were so personable and friendly that we immediately felt welcomed and at ease. Mr. Sanders went over our policy throughly (no one had ever done that) and ended up showing us how to get better coverage for less than we were paying. If you need a better insurance agency I can't recommend Mr. Sanders enough.
