I decided to go with Accutint because of all the wonderful 5 star reviews on Yelp. I felt fortunate to find such a highly rated business offering a Groupon discount so I went ahead and purchased my voucher and called to make an appointment - but ultimately, it ended in disappointment. The first time I spoke with Alex, he didn't sound friendly but I thought, I shouldn't judge a person by his tone of voice over the phone. I went ahead and made an appointment with him anyway. Per the company terms, If I were to pay full price, I would be able to get my tinted windows done within the same week. If I were to a use the Groupon voucher, there was a 3 week waitlist. Fair enough. As I wasn't in a hurry, I made my appointment for May 16, at 9am. I got there that morning and the door was locked. I called their phone number but no answer. I left a voicemail after my second call and stated who's calling, why am I calling, and left my phone number. I thought to myself, maybe there's a backdoor so I walked around the rear and they were still shut tight. I called again and no answer. Twenty minutes later, my mom decided to call with another phone number and Alex quickly picked up. When asked where he was for our appointment, he stated that he emailed me last night saying his car broke down and couldn't be back to the store until 5pm -- he would call me back to reschedule. I did not hear from him the following day. So I called Alex back two days after our initial appointment to reschedule. He stated that he tried to reach me but it did not go through, and the number that I gave him when I booked my appointment was wrong. Keep in mind, I had also left him a voicemail on the day of appointment with a call back number. Following up with Alex, I tried to reschedule and he told me the earliest available date was the beginning of June. That's another two and a half weeks. I asked if there's a way he could fit me in to an earlier appointment? He said to me "I am very busy. I have a lot of appointments. DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT." Not only did he waste my time and canceled my appointment (I know it wasn't his fault that his car broke down), but there was no follow up phone call, poor manners and matter of fact attitude was enough to drive away this customer. P.S: Told Groupon what happened, and they gave me a refund. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! He did a half ass job. I took my truck to get the front 2 windows matched to rear and he finished within 20 minutes. He left dust particles and didn't even cut one side of tint right. He told me it was water and it would go away in 2 weeks. I could feel it with my finger nail. He tells me to come back and he would re due it and when I go back he gives me an attitude telling me if I want it perfect to go to dealer and get a glass from them. He then just tells me he will remove it and refund me. He blamed it on the glass saying it was defective. He had a jeep gladiator that was his and tint seemed to be perfect on his personal vehicle. Don't go here! Customer service is rude! As if he's always mad! I took my truck to xact window tint in ontario and problem solved!! Way better job and customer service. read more

Made an appointment with Alex at accutint. They're located in a business center, on the outskirts facing a main street. Appointments take about 3 hours which you can decide to wait in a comfy room with a TV, or you can drop off your car and run errands. Alex kindly took his time to explained the tinting laws, which shades look best, and which lines offer what sort of protection. I opted for the standard tint with limo (darkest) in the back and medium for the front windows. Work was fantastic! I'd recommend to all friends and family alike. *word of warning, limo tint is extremely dark. If there are no street lights near your house and you are backing out, it's pitch black, so think carefully before committing read more

This was the first time I got my windows tinted by myself and Alex made it a great experience despite what all the other reviews said. I called on Monday to make a Saturday appointment. He said he was pretty busy on Saturdays but he was able to squeeze me in at 1130am. He told me right away that it would take longer than usual because of the recent rainy week we had. I said that was fine. He called right after I made my appointment to let me know his address changed from the listing and gave me the new address which was helpful. Day of - I arrived around 11:40 worried that I was too late but when I got there he seemed fine with my tardiness. He was working on a car when I arrived. Looked like he did the jobs himself which I liked. The place is located in a commercial building complex with a sign you could see from the street so it was easy to find. He right away set up my paper work and clearly explained what the groupon I got came with. I asked for limo and he said there was an additional charge of $35 which was fine. He told me it would cover a 3yr warranty which was fine with me and he was nice enough to show me other options including a high end 3M option with a lifetime warranty. In the front I wanted something still dark but not too thin so he showed me a bunch of different options and I went with medium. My car had 2 small windows and the groupon only covered 5 so it was $15 each which was also fine. He told me to make sure to bring cash when I come back to pay since he hadn't set up his credit card machine yet (he just moved to this location). He called me while he had the car and told me he found a hair in the back window and would need to redo it and would take an additional hour. I was so glad he caught that. I was totally fine with waiting. Overall, Alex was very helpful, nice, and listened to my needs. Great service! When I picked up my car it looked amazing. Just what I wanted. We're now picking up our 2rd vehicle that has serviced by AccuTint! We made an appointment by phone, dropped off our car and discussed our options and left! Our car wasn't washed but it looks brand new and cool. By cool I mean they have choices so you can select the level of tint and type of paper that's used. We know their work is solid but we still went with the higher quality paper and warranty. Give someone else your business. Looked around for multiple tint places since there are alot around the inland empire. With seeing good reviews we went with AccuTint. I took my brand new 2019 truck with 30 miles to get tinted. They kept the truck all day and when I picked it up there was some issues with the back window that I noticed immediately, which they fixed right away. A couple days later I closed my driver door and a piece of the door behind the handle fell off... In looking super closely at all the doors another one had some brackets broken as well. They take the door panels off to install tint which is okay but to break pieces give the truck back and not say anything is completely ridiculous. Took back the truck and they apologized and refunded $60. Very disappointing read more

We had 2 cars tinted by them in the last 2 weeks. They're honest, and their work is spot on. We tried to make a same day appointment, but they were booked. They asked if we wanted a call if they got a cancellation, Sure enough they called at 3:30 and squeezed us in. They quoted me 50 minutes to tint and it only took 30 minutes. I asked them to match the current tint and they were VERY honest about the fact they couldn't match existing tint. They did a perfect job managing my expectations.
