Our old Baldwin piano had the middle 'C' key sticking for a while. We had an older fellow from Palmdale out to tune and fix it. He tuned it well but couldn't fix the key. Rich from Accutune was recommended to us so we had him come out this time. Not only did he tune it better, but he fixed the key along with some other minor issues for less that the last guy charged.
