I was literally told to call them by another inmate who had used them before (repeat customer I guess, lol). When I called Sarah actually took the time to listen to me and didn't just start spouting off numbers to try to get me off the phone. She was obviously busy, but I could hear her working to actually pay attention. I gave her my wife's phone number and she called her and before the day was over, they had everything worked out and I was out. If I just would have called them in the first place, I wouldn't have spent 6 weeks in jail while getting jerked around by a system that didn't care about me at all.
