(Note: make a reservation if you dream of eating here) After looking through the menu we started with the house-flavored wings and LOVED them. In fact, my wife thought they were some of the best she's ever had! We then both had burgers and shared fries. The portions are very well-sized and I don't think you'll leave hungry. The flavor and food quality helps with that aspect as well - both are top notch! The ambiance is super chill while maintaining an upscale fit and finish. On a nice day you could even eat outside at their tables, would be a wonderful treat given the little square it borders. A word of caution: prices are at a premium (even for Switzerland). It was around dinner time and we realized we had not eaten yet. Of course NOTHING IS OPEN. I never thought I would be so happy to see those 'Golden Arches'! When in Switzerland, eat McDonald's. LOL. They did have these Bagel burgers on the menu which were different and Ovaline and Toblerone McFlurries! We both ordered a Big Mac combo. I haven't eaten a Big Mac in several years, but we were on vacation, so why not?! I had to get a Toblerone McFlurry too. I think total we paid close to $20 US dollars for our meal (2 meals and 1 McFlurry). I guess in Europe they are not so giving on the ketchup. My husband and I both got combo meals so we each had fries and the guy only gave us ONE PACKET of ketchup. (Same thing happened when we were in Paris haha.) We had to ask for more. What....? only 4???? So I asked for more. And the answer was blunt: No it's not free!!! She didn't even look at me or at least told me it's 1 for a dollar or franc or something. Nope! No customer service... nothing nada! Later after we ate I asked for water because I saw a couple of people drinking from small cups. I thought we forgot to ask for water. So I went back to the same lady and asked for a cup of water. She was kind of surprised or shocked or something.... as if I asked for a Free Burger! She paused and couldn't say anything, just staring at me. And when her mind came back she went to i think a supervisor, wearing a white uniform. Then she came back to me and said: No, only bottle water! WTF!!!
